"It's you..."

Lucy remained silent the rest of class. From time to time she glanced anxiously at the clock. She just wanted class to be over so she could leave the room. From the corner of her eye, she could see Natsu tapping a pencil on his desk.

"He hasn't changed..."

She shook her head and peered out the window beside her. The blossoms from the trees calmed her, until she remembered there were blossoms that day as well. Lucy couldn't calm herself in this situation. She felt like she wanted to yell.

When the bell rang she immediately got up and trudged off into the hallway. Her heart pounding fast. She let out a deep sigh, feeling like she had been holding her breath forever. Why did this happen? Why was she back in school with him? Lucy inputted the code to her lock and opened her small locker. She grabbed a book that she would need for her next class, and took a sip from her water bottle. Closing the locker door, Lucy looked around. Natsu wasn't in sight. But could she really avoid him all school year? Much more, all of high school?
"Lucy?"
Lucy jumped and turned around to the bluenette. Levy had on a look of worry.
"You raced out of class so fast, and you looked kinda pale," she said, "are you feeling okay?"
Lucy smiled trying to show she was fine,
"Yes, I'm fine. Class is about to start, let's go, okay?"
Levy smiled, "Okay."
Turns out they had different second hour classes, so they parted ways short after, leaving Lucy alone. Lucy walked into the next class. She looked around. A boy was talking to a girl with short, white hair. It was Natsu, again..! Lucy staired blankly at him. She was overcome with fear and anger. Wait...why fear? When the final bell rang she snapped out of her somewhat trance, and sat as far away from them as she could.
"What the heck!?" She thought,
"Can I ever escape this nightmare?"

Class after class, the pinkette joined her in every class! Lucy was furious. She didn't want to look at him, nor hear his voice ever again. It was finally lunch, halfway through the day.
"Levy-chan~" Lucy started, in a pouty tone, "I hate my classes. How come you're only in four of mine?"
"Four is better than none. And why do you hate your classes so much?" Levy asked, bitting into a piece of bread.
"Because..."
"Because why?"
"I just don't."
Levy didn't want to push her any further, "Okay..."

Her science teacher, had asked them all to stand up. She would be giving them assigned seats, due to them being to loud. Lucy of course was quite as a mouse. She was okay sitting by anyone except one person. Can you guess who?
"At table three, Lucy Heartfilia, Gray Fullbuster, Erza Scarlet, and..."
Lucy prayed,
"Natsu Dragneel."
Lucy cursed in her head, but took a seat next to the women named Erza.
"Now before we start class, I'll give you 5 minutes to introduce yourself to your table mates." The teacher said, sitting own down at her desk.
"Hello my name is Erza Scarlet, nice to meet you all," the women beside Lucy said.
"Yea yea, we already knew who you were," the raven haired man in front of Lucy replied. Hey, wasn't he the one being terrorized by that Juvia girl?
"This girl here doesn't," Erza said pointing to the blonde. Lucy was sitting stiffly with her hands in her lap. "She went to the other school."
"Oh I see," Gray said and stretched out a hand to shake hers, "I'm Gray, nice to meet you."
Lucy shook his hand shyly. She was never this shy!
"And I'm Natsu." He smiled. Lucy's heart started beating fast. No no no. Why was it going on fast!?
"H-Hi!" She said, in a loud panicky voice. Shoot! She was making herself look stupid.
"You know, your face kinda reminds me of someone," He started, "But I can't remember."
Her heart felt crushed. Lucy wasn't sure why. Did she actually want him to remember her? What would she do if he did?
"Oh... is that so?" She looked down, not caring if it gave away her feelings. She wanted to cry. But, why?
"Maybe I still...? No! I hate him!" She thought.
"Do you even want to remember her? Because I'm sure if you did, you would!" Letting her angry slip into her words she looked away. Before Natsu could say anything else, the class officially started.

Science wasn't one of her favorite subjects. A few years back, she had an awful science teacher that would give them extra homework for frankly no reason. Besides that, he was just upright rude. After that, Lucy had never really enjoyed the subject. Plus, she wasn't interested in collecting dirt samples, or dissecting animals. And now sharing it with someone she wasn't fond of didn't help either. Lucy constantly caught the pinkette looking her way. This made her heart race. Lucy tried to avoid it, thinking he was looking at someone else behind her. When the bell rang, Lucy gathered up all her stuff and headed towards Levy. A hand grabbed her shoulder, and Lucy turned around to see Natsu.
"Yo," is all he said.
Confused, Lucy replied with, "Um, hi...?"
"I remember her," he said,
"And I remember you."
