Zombie nightmare

Chapter 1

it was rylie's birthday and I had stayed with her. I got her a gift... it was a gun ...she...a...didn't like it. But she was about to. Rylie fell asleep, of course I could not, so I got up and got a drink of warm milk and fell asleep. It was 7:00 and I woke up to a scream.it was from next door.

I got worried so I got up To see if everything was ok. On the way out I kicked some chimes. I looked back and Rylie was still asleep, 'thank gosh' I thought. Then she woke up, I was in trouble. I looked at her and smiled. I told her I was going to check on the woman next door.

She nodded and got up to get breakfast. I opened the door and walked out. It wasn't to long after rylie came running after me. I looked at her and she said " Something isn't right hear Abby " I replied " I know". Rylie started to tell me about a book she read.

And I said it sounded good, she handed me the book. It was called " ZOMBIE NIGHTMARE" and out of no wear we heard another scream. This time it was our friend Skylar. We ran toward the house. The door opened and there she was.

She had a gun and was killing these animal like people. Skylar fell on the ground luckily I had my gun I aimed and fired and it was dead.

Rylie ran toward her " Wait" I shout. She stopped. We approached Skylar slowly and asked what happened. Her boyfriend had came home sick. She began to explain herself more clearly.

"I tried to help him then he...he..."she stopped. Soon she began to cry. I tried to calm her down while rylie was telling us we had to get out of the street. We got back in the house and I called regan.

She answered and I told her she had to get here A.S.A.P. she was silent for a moment "why?". I told her I'll explain it when you get here. "ok" she said then hung up. she arrived and I asked her to make a sandwich and sit down. I told her everything and she was shocked. I asked if she had a gun and she replied "always" I answer back "good."

then it happened. The Windows were breaking and they were here. we ran upstairs and I fell hurting my leg. Rylie was struggling to open the door.

I shouted "forget about it and to help us shoot at the walkers." we were all on the ground and were shooting at them.

Me, Skylar, rylie and Regan had one bullet left. My eyes widened "Don't shoot!" I shout. But, I shot anyway. got up to scavenge for some bullets. I looked everywhere, but found nothing.

Then out of the corner of my eye I saw a pack of them. I leaped for the bullets. Loading my fun quickly. I looked back and skylar was being attacked by one, her own boyfriend.

I took my gun and fired, he was dead. I crawled over to skylar and asked if she was ok. She replied "yes I am" I nod "ok good". I walked down stairs.This time very slowly. the others following shortly behind me. The things were all dead.

We got them out of rylies house and burned them. Skylar took Jackson her boyfriend and hugged him. I walked towards her "it's time to let him go". She put him in the pile looked at me. Well, more like glared. Before walking back inside. I lite a mach and followed her.

She was sitting on the couch waiting. I walked over to her and asked if she was ok. She said " I already told u I am fine". I got up and went outside and told Rylie that skylar raised her voice at me. "that's the scaredness talking inside her" said rylie.

I said "it better because if she's hiding something I wont be happy".Rylie said she would go and talk to her. Rylie went inside and I put the fire out and followed her. She asked "skylar what happend with you tencing up when Jackson came close to eating you. Why didn't you shoot him".

Skylar answered back " I loved him I was going to shoot but Abby did before me". I walked in after that sentence. I went off on her and said " skylar he was going to eat you I tried to save you! I didn't get a hey Abby thanks for saving my life.Or anything just an 'I hate you look' where's the forgiveness".

Skylar looked at me and a tear rolled down her face I told her I was sorry. After that happend with me and skylar I went upstairs and borded up more windows. I got tired so I sat down on the bed and took a rest. Then rylie came upstairs and asked me if I was hungry "nope" I replied. She had some soup in her hand and said "If you get hungry here is some soup".

I looked at her and smiled :). Then she told me skylar was thankful that I saved her. I said "she is" rylie said" ya but that was her boyfriend you shot. Not some random guy she didn't know. if your boyfriend died you would also be sad".

I said ya then rylie left and closed the door behind her. I was all alone in a big room. Rylie walked down stairs and skylar asked if Abby was ok rylie said "ya she is just upstairs why? Skylar said " I don't know just wondering. I came down stairs and skylar ran over to me and hugged me. I looked at her short blond hair it was darker then before and shorter.
