Chapter 16: What Next?

I was finally able to move. I felt a little nauseous and dizzy but I could move and look around again at last. I stood up slowly and noticed right away the collected beings gathered within the place. There was Tyler, there was Shope, there was Kevin, there was Roach and there were the two aliens. They were all staring at me as I walked, with not much balance. They helped me sit on a seat.

I had one question buzzing in my head still. Is it true my closest friends I've ever had are the super heroes I've been trying to expose? I was surprised to say the least. I knew the question wasn't worth asking, I know what I saw and saw it so clearly. Should I ask anyways though? Probably, I guess I'll let them explain instead though. I was feeling sick at the moment and did not want to speak very much at all.

"How are you feeling?" The green alien(that I've learned goes by Mem)

"Kind of sick." I answered, I didn't sound very good either apparently.

"We need to get you home." Tyler told me. I held up a hand and shook my head.

"Not until you all explain to me what just happened." I told them, I was not leaving until all the fuzzy questions were answered.

All six of them looked amongst each other. Shope was the one to start the explaining.

"Well since there is no hiding it, we're the Superdudes." Well I guess I definitely have to keep quiet about their identity now. I'll just have to delete the whole blog. That's okay.

"We also have an enemy, Count Venamus. He was the one who kidnapped you. It was so he could lure us in and trap us because of our success of eliminating his virus he's sent to destroy everything." Tyler continued explaining.

"That's why animals and objects of all kinds keep turning into monsters." The Roach explained.

Now I was understanding. Things were finally starting to make more sense to me. They continued explains about how the aliens gave them these powers and are their mentors because they were pretty brutal at their task originally. They also told me about the different types of viruses, and a whole bunch more stuff.

One big thing they mentioned was that their identities couldn't be revealed because then they'd be taken away by the government due to alien suspicion. Which would be very bad. So now I have no choice but to erase everything about my blog. Sorry if you were one of the people keeping up with it.

After everything was explained I passed out, I guess whatever that thing I was in mad me a little bit week. I do remember waking up in my bedroom however. I felt a lot better after awaking again.

The first thing I did was walk over to my laptop. I opened my blog and began to erase all the information on it so not a trace of it remained.

That took me almost an hour, after that I made my way to the kitchen to eat something, I was very hungry for some reason.

My parents 'welcomed me back' and began interrogating me.

"Was the sleepover fun?"
"When did you start feeling under the weather?"
"Do you feel better now?"
"What would you like to eat?"

And so on. I answered all the questions like so,
Yes
This morning
Much
Pizza

I knew about the cover up, when I said they explained everything I mean not a single detail was missed after I was taken away in the woods.

My family and I ordered pizza for supper and we watched a movie while eating. Once it finished and I was done eating my parents sat me down for some kind of conversation.

"You're going to be a big sister." My mother dropped that news on me with no warning. I was wide eyed for sure, but for the longest time I've wanted some kind of sibling. My parents didn't want more kids where we used to live because of how they treated me there. Now that they see I'm better here that's what they must've decided.

"We're adopting a kid though, around the age of five so you two don't have too big of an age gap." My dad told me. I did not mind this one bit.

So I was getting a little brother. His name was Anthony, he had naturally tan skin very dark hair and the most adorable smile, and I get to meet him tomorrow. I was so excited. We'll be best friends for sure.

My parents were happy to see how happy I was. You can also bet your bottom dollar that I texted Shope about my new family member. She was happy about that too.

1 Week Later

"Nicole! Hey Mem and Zen want you to stop by the galacticus with Tyler, Kevin, Roach and I." Shope told as we walked out table for lunch.

"Me? Why?" I asked. They normally preferred if I just stayed out of the meadow all together.

"I don't know, they just want you to come with us." She responded as we sat with them.

None of us knew what it was all about. They did have some speculation that they were working on something. Something secret. Who knows what it's all about.

After school we all walked to the meadow. When we entered the galacticus Mem and Zen were just standing there waiting for us.

"Nicole, we have something for you. You've kept quiet about the whole thing and in the last week somewhat contributed to helping these noobs defeat the virus." Mem started to say.

"Since you are all friends anyways and work together on most things we decided to get something for you." Zen finished explaining. He then held out a orange battleball.

"This ones power's include the ability to form into any substance. It's similar to Kevin's only instead of animals you'll turn into substances." Mem started explains.

"Which is cooler than it sounds, if you wanted to turn into water form you could." Zen added. I think I understood what they meant. To be honest this power seems really cool.

They handed me the ball and I had a go and plunging the ball into my chest. I've seen my friends do it many times now. It slipped in easily and they all gave me some jealous looks. Guess they didn't get theirs first try.

"Welcome to the team." Mem and Zen told me.

I looked around and smiled. I'm a super hero now.

A/N
So that is the end of this book, but fear not I will be making a sequel and maybe more after but also maybe not.
