Death in Epilogues

I think of epilogues as a feel good place where everything that was unresolved is fixed. If the epilogue isn't helpful or just adds drama that you somehow want to turn into another book, just don't fam.

Also I completely understand that death is natural and it will happen to all of us, BUT DON'T HAVE YOUR EPILOGUES BE A FLASH OF THE MAIN CHARACTERS DIEING AFTER A LIFE IF HAPPINESS. LIKE WHAT THE FRICK PEOPLE. ok I'm sorry I'm a big better now.

I just finished a fan fiction of this great and completely corny show I've been watching called Miraculous Ladybug(It's fudging great) but anyhow the last chapter was left not fully resolved (by that I mean there was a bullet wound in Mari's side and her and Adrien weren't even together yet) and then it goes to an Epilogue where she died of cancer at age 60 and the Adrien dies and they great each other in heaven(they had been married before her death and they had kids)

How about we just have it flash to their wedding. Ok? Ok.

Love ya!
