Valentines Day<3

Happy Valentines day everybody! Hope you enjoy this cute spin off chapter:)
By the way I was in a rush to finish this on time so at the moment there are a couple of mistakes which I'll correct later! Sorry'

Valentine's Masked Ball

My alarm had woken me up with the biggest shock ever, it was fortunate that I had put a charm on it so only I could hear it and not anybody else. As well as being able to go to Hogsmeade today, a huge masked ball were to be placed in the great hall, though there was one rule, nobody could go with anyone who know each other's masks or dresses. It was strictly forbidden that anybody would know any of that so many charms were placed so nobody could find out. If I hadn't of had a boyfriend that would have been great, though I was now with the most hottest, kindest, funniest, most caring, boy that the school could offer: Cedric Diggory. So a night without him would be rather unfortunate, however we had the entire day to spend together in Hogwarts, so that I couldn't regret.

Cedric had been fully ready by the time I was out, I was wearing only a simple dress that was blue with a white cardigan and he was wearing his nice pair of jeans and a top. Technically it was a date so I didn't look to overdressed for the occasion.

"Heya." I breathed as he embraced me as I walked over. It was a surprise to see Cedric in the common room anymore since they Head Boy and Girl dorms were refurnished, he had chosen to stay in the common room for a few months after the work had finished, although slowly he had been staying there more often and often. I didn't mind his absent from the room, as often he took me there with him. Angelina Johnson wasn't the best person to be sharing a common room with.

"You look beautiful, as always." Cedric smiled kindly, he passed me a small box that was in his pocket which was wrapped up perfectly. "Happy Valentine's Day." I almost panicked when I remembered I left his in my dorm.

"Damn! I left your gift in the dorm, I'll go and get it." I still hadn't taken his gift from his hand and before I could rush to get it Cedric's free hand caught my wrist.

"Don't worry it's fine." Cedric looked me deeply in eye, almost making my heart melt. I leant back and kissed him on the cheek, before running away to get my gift for him. he box was underneath my bed and rather big, it was also his christmas and birthday present, since I had only gotten him something small due to what I was saving up for. I dragged the large box into the common room and smiled at Cedric while saying:

"Happy Birthday, Christmas and Valentine's Day." Cedric is smiling widely even if he tries to hide it. He comes over and hugs me again and I finally take his small but perfect gift from him. Inside the square box is a small golden heart shaped necklace, with has a small crystal on the side of the heart.

"Cedric... It's beautiful.... Omg...." Cedric takes the necklace as I turn around, I lift up my hair as he lightly places it on. I let my hair fall once it's done, and give him enough big hug, where he kisses me lightly on the neck which sends butterflies all around.

Slowly Cedric goes to open the broom-sized box that I gave him, he takes time with the wrapping and as soon as he spots a hint of what it is, he stops and looks at me. "I can't take this Sofia, I won't." I am smiling too hard at the time, I will not let him refuse it.

"Well you must, because I want you too." Cedric gets the broom out of it's box and looks at me sternly.

"Sofia this must have costed you a ton, I can't take this." Cedric stands up and looks at me quote seriously. I know that Cedric really wants to keep it, though he his trying to be nice by refusing it.

"If you don't take it I'll leave you." I threaten and Cedric rolls his eyes, before picking the broom up  and stroking it rather happily. Then he puts it down carefully onto the couch.
