I couldn't wait to come down stairs as I smelt the lure of crispy bacon creep through the door crack of Cedric's small room. Cedric was still fast asleep when I woke, so I slowly leant over closer to him and whispered to his face.

"Hey handsome." Cedric stirs before looking up at me, at first he isn't with it; his smile tells me when he is fully awake. "Your mum is cooking breakfast downstairs." I announce to him, Cedric doesn't speak and just fiddles with my hair, which is currently curly from sleeping.

"How long have you been awake?" Cedric's voice sounds sleepy since it's quite light and croaky, his eyes are only just adjusting to the morning light.

"Not a while, good sleep?" I begin to stroke his hair back, it's the most fluffiest after a night's sleep.

"Brilliant." Cedric concludes. He chuckles slightly before he begins to get out of the bed. I also move so he can get out of the bed easier, both of us creep downstairs; the cosiest of the house reminds me of christmas.

"Morning Mum." Cedric says as he comes into the warm kitchen, I smile at Emily who is busy preparing the breakfast.

"Sorry about the bacon, it won't be as good as the ones my son cooks. He got a double-dose of the bacon expert gene." I laugh at his and look at Cedric, who rolls his eyebrows at me proudly. Emily put it on the table along with the eggs, smoked salmon, sausages and anything else that makes up an English breakfast. We sit down and Em shouts for Amos.

As me and Cedric tuck in Amos comes tumbling down. He is a typical dad in his dressing gown with tartan pyjama bottoms. He sits down next to Cedric and smiles enthusiastically. "So are you heading back today?" It was the plan though Cedric questioned on where we should stay longer or not.

"Not too sure yet but probably, I am questioning it though. It's just whether Sofia wants too?" Cedric looks at me and I finish my mouthful of toast before answering.

"Whatever you want to do, I'm fine either way." I smile and decide to taste the bacon. Since Cedric is my boyfriend, I do prefer the bacon he makes, though his mother's is damn good.

"We'll play it by year." Cedric sighs, he then begins to dig into his food, at the same time as his father. Due to the very high standards of a Diggory Breakfast, I am finished almost immediately. Slowly everybody finishes up, though I am left alone staring around, they are quiet eaters though loud speakers.

"Oh I'm sorry I forgot to say. We're going round to the Weasley's today for a BBQ, it's their twins' birthday." April the First, of course.

"Actually Cedric let's go back, I don't like it here." I say, Cedric looks shocked though he knows something isn't right. "April fools!" I remind and everybody sighs of relief and laughs.

"You scared me there for a bit love." Cedric mutters into my ear. I look at him mischievously.

"I am quite scary." I admit, looking him right in the eye. Cedric just chuckles, he knows that the closest I get to being scary is Iris Waters.

"So should we go?" Cedric's parents are already deep into another conversation, so we come out if it and create our own.

"I'm not too sure, I'm friends with Fred and George though as Iris, I doubt they like me." I sigh, I would go anywhere with Cedric really.

"I'm sure they do, your quite a likeable person when your not that shy." Cedric says honestly, I've been less shy since with him though I still do struggle.

"Do they like you?" I question, they are either good friends or not so much.

"Well, they-um sorta came up with my nickname, um, pretty-boy-diggory in 4th year so I wouldn't exactly say we were well 'friends'." Cedric stutters, it's not the worse nickname you could have I guess. "Hey! Even if the nickname wasn't too bad it still wasn't nice everybody calling you that for the next few months. It wore off a bit but not for them."
