Our hearts throb in pain,
Full of despair and anger,
You look at them with disdain,
Yet you still think you're their lover.
Turning away from reality,
Thinking this love was timely,
We fill our hearts with joy,
Even though they think of it as a toy.
Open your eyes and make haste,
Don't let your love go to waste,
See through their true intentions,
Ensure you give it to the right person.
