   Chapter 9

   Sorry for the short chapter but it's sort of like a filler chapter i think lol

   I would've been happy about this if my dad had told me last week, but now I'm scared about it. A year with him.

   A year with him.

   Right now my dad was watching tv downstairs while I was pacing up in my room. What was I going to do? I need someone to talk to. I don't want to worry Alex again. I feel like he worries about me too much. Then I remembered that I had gotten Sarah's number. I smiled to myself and pulled out my phone. I dialed her number and she answered.

    ♥Phone Convo♥

   Sarah: Hey Audrey! What's up?

   Audrey: Bad things!

   Sarah: What Happened?

   Audrey: Ok so my dad is going on a business trip to Hawaii for a year and um I kind of have to stay with Austin...

   Sarah: WHAT? CAN YOU COME OVER TO MY HOUSE? FOR A SLEEPOVER? WE HAVE TO TALK ABOUT THIS!OMG!

   Audrey: I'll ask my Dad, hold on.

   I raced down the stairs.

   "Dad!" I yelled. He looked away from the TV.

   "Yes?"

   "Is it okay if I sleepover at a friend's house?" I asked.

   "I guess, but don't stay but too late, you have school tomorrow. And I am leaving right when you get home from school, so get detention or anything," I explained. I smiled at him.

   I thanked him and ran upstairs again.

   Audrey: He said yes.

   Sarah: Yay! Ok Alex told me where you live so get ready and I'll be there in 5-10  minutes to pick you up.

   Audrey: Thanks!

   I picked out a pair of pajamas and a pair of clothes for tomorrow and stuffed them in one of my old bags. I don't ever bring toothbrushes to sleepovers, you know when I used to get invited to them.

   I put my shoes on and grabbed my bag and walked downstairs when I heard the doorbell ring.

   "That's Sarah, bye Dad," I said.

   "Bye. I love you," He shouted after me.

   "I love you too!" I shouted back and then walked out of the door. Sarah was standing there. She grabbed my arm and pulled me inside her car.

   "Mom can you turn on the radio?" Sarah asked. Her mom turned on the radio and One Direction started playing. I smiled. I loved them so much.

   "When we get home tell me everything that happened," Sarah whispered in my ear. I nodded.

   A few minutes later we pulled up into a modern looking house.I got out of the car and Sarah led me towards the door.

   We walked in and then she dragged me upstairs and into her room.

   "I can't hold it in any longer! I have to tell you something!" Sarah yelled and shut the door behind her.

   "What do you have to tell me?"

   "Promise you won't tell anyone okay?"

   "I promise," I said. She sat down next to me on the bed.

   "Ok, so umIthinkImightlikeAlex," she said quickly.

   "What?" I laughed.

   "I know I don't know if I should talk to him-," she started.

   "No I didn't understand a word you just said," I explained. She took a deep breath.

   "I think I might like Alex," she said slowly. 

   She liked Alex?

   "Omg!" I yelled and smiled at her.

   "What shoud I do? Should I tell him?" she asked.

   "I think you should tell him," I said.

   "What if he doesn't like me back?" she asked.

   "Look, I'm a good friend of his. I'll ask him about it okay?" I said and she smiled at me.

   "Thank you so much!" she squealed and hugged me tightly.

   "I can't breathe," I choked. She let go.

   "Sorry, so now we have to work out your problem. You have to live with him... For a year?" she asked. I gulped and nodded.

   "It's horrible. I mean I don't even know what I did to make him mad at me or anything. I mean like what did I do?" 

   "It's okay I don't think it's anything you did. It's Louise. I never liked her. She came to school just a month ago and she acts like she owns the place," Sarah said in disgust.

   "I know right. I hate her guts," I said coldly.

   "Do you want to just watch a movie or something and forget about all of this and just have fun? I haven't had much sleepovers since I don't really have much friends that are girls," she suggested. I smiled.

   "Ok, what movie?"

   We spent the rest of the night watching horror movies and then at 10 we decided to go asleep.

   She fell asleep as soon as her head hit the pillow but I had a harder time sleeping, especially since I was on a little couch in her room.

   I soon gave up and decided to check twitter again.

   I saw that I had a few new followers.

   'PrinceAaron1996 is now following you.'

   'Robert15JGod is now following you.'

   'AlexConstancio7 is now following you.'

   'Zach_Dorsey is now following you.'

   'SarahWrighttx is now following you.'

   'Liltylert is now following you.'

   I smiled at Aaron's name and clicked on his account. He had 957 followers... wow. I followed back everyone and put my phone away and then I instantly fell asleep.
