Goku: don't worry Vegeta, you're safe now....
Vegeta: * crying as snuggles into his chest * how do you know?! Just look down there!! * points below them *
Goku: * looks down at the waters depths, and sees the massive serpent-like worms, chuckling * like I said..... you're safe...
Vegeta: no were not...
Goku: * tightens his hold around him * shh, yes... you really are. I swear to Kami Vegeta, if you think i'd let ANY thing hurt you, you're out of your mind!
Vegeta: * sniffles and looks up at him * y-you promise..
Goku: * smiles lovingly, and leans down to him, wiping his tears * yes... I'd give my life for you Vegeta... just like you would for me if I was in danger * kisses his fourhead gently *
Vegeta: * says in a saddened whisper * ok..... I trust you * snuggles into him *
Goku: * grins and stares back down at the beasts below them, which roared and snarled viciously * .... and I promise you something else Vegeta.... we'll get out of here. I swear to you that this glass case of a Hell won't hold us in here forever.... and even if it means i have to die hearing you cry out my name, then.... so be it. Because I'd rather be ripped to shreds than see you suffering in my very arms like you are.... my life means nothing compared to yours, and it never will.....I promise.
