The Battle Of Two

Chapter 10

          As Bill and Ted were with Marilyn in the kitchen, making breakfast, Ted ask, "hey Marilyn? Is it alright if I turn on the radio?" Marilyn answered, "sure. I have CDs in the living room if you want to put one on. They're in a black chest in the cabinet." Ted walks out of the kitchen and heads towards the cabinet. He opens the cabinet door and pulls out the black chest. He opens the chest and finds a bunch of CDs all in alphabetical order. He even looked through some of the albums he has never heard of. Twenty One Pilots, My Chemical Romance, The Offspring, Evanescene, Sum 41, Panic! At The Disco, Three Days Grace, 30 Seconds To Mars. He looks back at the kitchen and decided to go with 30 Seconds To Mars. He opens the album, ejects the CD tray, pops in the CD into the tray and closes it. As the radio began to load, the CD began to play. He looks back at the album and the first track read "The Kill." He  wonders what it means since he doesn't mind listening to music but he always pay attention to the lyrics to find out the message behind a song. He always have listened to the lyrics so he can write his own song that has a message behind it. Bill and Marilyn were in the kitchen, placing plates of eggs, bacon, pancakes and waffles into the table as Marilyn heard the song. She immediately runs towards the radio and turns it off, making Ted blink for a second. "Maybe it's best to leave it off," she said, "After all, I don't want any complaints from the neighbors." Ted shrugs and walks with Marilyn to the kitchen, looking at the plate of food. He sat down next to Bill and begins to eat. While the three trio were eating, Marilyn spoke, "so, have you two decided what to do about the evil Bill and Ted?" Bill and Ted looked at each other, not sure what to say. She sighs and said, "you dudes have got to do something. Rufus is really depending on you." "How would you know that?" asked Bill. Marilyn walks up from her seat, walks towards the living room, pulling out a laptop and walks back to the kitchen table. "Do not ask about the laptop. Watch this video." Marilyn placed the laptop screen between Bill and Ted as a video begins to play. The video was dark but heavy breathing could be heard. A green screen was showing what appears to be Bill and Ted, severely injured. Bill and Ted were shock to see their other selves injured. "H-Hello? If you are watching this, please we need your help," said Bill, breathing heavily. "We are hiding underneath a desk right now," whispered Ted. In the background, noises of glass breaking and objects being thrown around as Bill and Ted stood silence. They saw footsteps in front of them as it walked away, making the door slam shut. Bill and Ted peaked to see whoever it was gone. They crawled out of the table as Bill still held onto the camera and whispers, "listen, we don't have much time. Whoever is watching this, please time travel to San Dimas, 1989 to send this video to our other selves. Our evil selves have grown stronger than before." Bill aimed the camera at what appears to be a dead body but Ted manage to turn it over to see it was De Nomolos who was killed. Bill and Ted were in complete shock. They couldn't bare to watch the video but continued. The camera flipped towards Ted as Ted whispers, "we got the documents on how they will destroy us. We will mail it to whoever we can mail it to. It has to be someone we don't know. If you find this footage, you will find the files that was mailed in the package. Please read it so the evil us'ses won't kill you dudes. We highlighted what will be important to you dudes and what notes have the evil us'ses wrote on the documents." As Ted was about to say something else, he took a couple steps back. Bill said, "Ted? What's wro-" Immediately what sounded like something slit Bill's throat as Ted screamed in fear. Bill fell to the floor with the camera facing his body. Ted's scream can be heard in the background as two familiar voices said happily, "catch ya later Bill and Ted," and a crack of bones was heard. Footsteps got closer to the camera but immediately was shut down as the laptop screen read, "video ended." Bill and Ted couldn't believe what they have just witnessed. No words has came out of their mouth, except Ted trying not to throw up. Marilyn closed her laptop and said, "I have the documents if you wan-" "WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT?!!!!" Ted interrupted. "Was that De Nomolos on the floor, dead?" Marilyn nod her head and said, "yes. That was Chuck De Nomolos. He broke out of prison 5 months ago so he can finally destroy you two but came out a big mistake. He made another replica of you two just to try to keep you dead but oh poor De Nomolos. What he didn't know was the evil Bill and Ted manage to add in one final data into themselves and that is De Nomolos's dark side. His dark side was murder and revenge. You may find the outside of him evil, as always, but what's on the inside is to destroy anyone and anything that is Bill and Ted related, even if it is to kill their own selves so you two won't exist." Bill and Ted were now completely freaked out. They don't know what to do. In fact, they don't even know what to say. Marilyn opened her laptop and showed them a security video of the androids of Bill and Ted being modeled with rubber skin that looks so real and blood running through the wires. Bill and Ted felt chills running down through their spines. Seeing themselves as creepy androids is like seeing the devil's face of Emily Rose in The Exorcist. Ted closed the laptop, not wanting to see it again as Marilyn grabbed the laptop from the desk and look at them. "Can we just throw water at them?" asked Ted. "Wow," said Marilyn, feeling annoyed, "where was that in Bogus Journey? You dudes could've done in the first place but no. You dudes were taken to a cliff and were thrown off by the robots." Bill and Ted became confused at what Marilyn is saying. She shook her head and said, "look. The point is, you can't throw water at them. Before, you can throw water but now that they've grown stronger, the only way to destroy them is to disable De Nomolos's data by replacing it to feel pain of a human. Which means the data insert to a robot can make them feel pain and bleed." Bill and Ted felt a dark side coming towards them as the room got dark than light. Clouds were covering the sky, making the house even dark but a bit light was shining through. They gave Marilyn a devilish smirk as Ted said, "we like your idea Marilyn. Can we see the files now?" Marilyn noticed something was not right with Bill and Ted. She held onto her laptop close to her chest and runs away but Bill stop right in front of her. "What's wrong Marilyn?" said Ted, "You did say you're going to help us, right?" She backed away but bumped Ted behind her. "You know, it's most excellent to be friends with a lesbian," said Bill, "because it proves who is brave and who is afraid." "I'm not afraid of you two," said Marilyn. "Oh? But you tried to run away from us," said Ted. "What have you done with the real Bill and Ted?" asked Marilyn, keeping her laptop close to her chest. "Oh don't worry. They're back home. They saved the world already. They've already defeated us," said Bill but gasped, "but wait. We're still here." "How would we still be alive if they had defeated us?" asked Ted, playing with the knife in his fingers. "Of course," said Bill, "they haven't defeated us yet. And they never will." Ted grabbed Marilyn by her waist from behind and held her tight as Bill pulled out a rag of chloroform, covered her mouth with it as she tries to struggle free, but gives up and passes out. Ted carried Marilyn's body over her shoulder as Bill picked up the laptop from the floor and both left the house. The real Ted peaked through the wall from the upstairs and looks at the real Bill. "They got her Bill," said Ted. "I know Ted," said Bill. "We have to save her before they reach to the documents," said Ted in panic mode. "I know Ted." Ted became confused and said, "ok. Did you even hear what I said? Those dickweeds kidnap Marilyn with the files to defeat us." "Yes I have heard you, which is why I have the files right here," said Bill as he held the same laptop Marilyn had. Ted was impressed. "Time game?" Bill nodded and opened the laptop that contained the files on how to defeat Bill and Ted. The list showed weaknesses, places where they hang out, names of their loved ones (especially Joanna and Elizabeth), and how to ruin their life. Lines were crossed out of the names from the list except for three. Joanna, Elizabeth, and Marilyn. "Wait. Didn't we divorced the princesses?" Ted asked. Bill shrugged, not sure if they did divorce the girls but shrugs it off. "We do have to save them Ted so we can put them back to Medieval England and let them marry the royal ugly dudes," said Bill. "How did we meet them again?" asked Ted. "Just drop it dude and lets focus on saving Marilyn from those dickweeds," said Bill as they began to do research on the files and come up with plans to save Marilyn from the evil Bill and Ted. 

"Woah Bill," said Ted. "This is a major plot twist." "I agree Ted," said Bill, "I can't believe the Marilyn babe thought we were us when she was talking to the evil us'ses." "Uhm, do you mind?" I spoke to Bill and Ted. "There are readers out there who want to comment something but you two are hogging the chapter." "hey," said Ted, "This is our story so we can hog it all we want." "Yea but you're stupid to realize I'm the author here and I can change the story so let the readers read and you dudes can find another story to read," I said as Ted stick out his tongue at me. "Come on Ted. Let's check out the story where I lost my memory," said Bill. "Yea-wait. What?" asked Ted, realizing what Bill said about losing a memory.
