The mine wasn't a place anyone would really want to be, although the insects had created a tunneling system so advanced that it was almost impossible to navigate through it. It seemed like a hard place to be, and the team took that into consideration. Lia and Sunny seemed fidgety about the mission but John remained confident.

He'd been through harder more difficult missions, and another mission to him was another day on the dream. Lia was a specialist in designs and she'd designed quite a huge portion of a couple planet's cities and buildings. Sunny dealt with all sorts of things, from technology, to weaponry to different ships, he was always interested in something new.

Whatever the circumstances to come, the team knew they'd have to be prepared for anything. The insect colony was robust and although John and Sunny had visited before only Lia really knew how to get around. "We need to make sure we got all the equipment, who knows what's down there." Lia spoke with a fluid mind.

"You're right, I got the grappling hook 5000K and the draft-iron nail, and it'll be easier for us to move around." Sunny stated.

"Well, we've been through a lot already team, let's see to it we have another successful mission." John was valiant and always tried to inspire the team.

They'd had missions before were they thought they failed, but that didn't ever bother them. They knew to always keep moving and this helped them with everything. Some missions were more difficult than others. "I'm ready." Lia spoke up again and the team walked off into the city.

"Which way to the mines?" Sunny spoke again.

"There's a corner over near the edge of the city, the mines start there and end on the other side." Lia was sure.

Lia was always good with directions, and John tried to keep her realizing this more and more often. One mission required Lia to completely circumnavigate through a Nebula system, just for some gaseous clay. She was used to searching and it was a big part of her calling. The insect planet was strange, and quite frankly uncomfortable.

It seemed the air wasn't as clear, but it didn't seem dirty. You could see thousands of different insect like signals streaming and this made for heck of a mind soup. Sunny looked back at the building as they walked away, and smelled a faint tint of insect odor that was left behind.

"Well John, can't believe you dragged us into this one." Sunny smiled with lucrative sarcasm.

"We needed this one." He smiled back, grinning eagerly.

They walked a couple clicks through the city and streets finding different scenes and insects doing all sorts of work. They spotted a crew of five or so insects flying over-head with helmet's and goggle's on as they were forming patterns in the sky. The sky didn't seem that bright and it made the team keep their heads down almost subconsciously. The team relied on each other for everything, and they tried to reason out everything they did. No man left behind was a huge idea to John and he tried to make sure everyone in the team knew that.

"Well, were going to have a lot to do when we get down there." Sunny was vibrant.

"Yeah, maybe more than we can handle." Lia was speaking in code almost.

"Don't worry, we can handle this, remember when we fought off the Tuiokos, can't be worse than that." John's eye's lit up almost exclusively.

The team made it over to the corner of the city, the sky was now painted a darker color and the forms of the air moved silently. The team had to recover something lost, and doing so was going to be a lot of work. The city noises dimmed down quite a bit, and you could only hear a faint buzzing of the insects. Lia's eyes soared over the different buildings and she always seemed to keep notes somewhere hidden.
