[ Rayan's POV ] Monday morning 6 AM

So last night Chris texted me saying "they're here" I replied "who?" Then I went to sleep after that. I woke up to my alarm, I checked my phone and it said I had a message from Chris but it was from last night .

"Eh ill read it later." I thought as I went to go do my hygiene things and get dressed.

30 minutes later I was done with everything . I grabbed my phone,backpack,car keys , and headed out the door. I went to my first period class which I have with Chris and Jacob . I went to my seat in the back of the class, put my headphones in, then put my head down.

5 minutes later someone tapped my shoulder. I thought it was Chris but it was Jacob.

"Wassup man." I said as we did out handshakes.

"Sup. where Chris ? Cause I wanted to apologize to her, they ain't really have to be THAT mean to her." Jacob said.

"Man that's y'all niggas. I actually went over her house and talked to her that day. But Trinity wanna trip and shit. We ain't even do nun. " I said . Then the teacher came in.

I went home and turned on the tv , I thought I was forgetting something but naaaah

[ Still Rayan's POV ]

It's been 3 days!! Chris hasn't been to school in these 3 days! Wtf.? So we are sitting in first period watching some movie . When this girl walks in.

"You're late ." Mr.Bruno says. The girl looks up and Mr.Bruno gasped.

"Sweety! What happened??!?" He said.

By now the whole class is looking at the girl.

Then she looked up. IT WAS CHRIS!!! I know her hair from anywhere .-. Weird right.

"Nothing.. I-I'm fine.." Chris stammered then she took her seat next to me and put her head down.

"Yo Chris!" I whispered but she kept her head down.

"hey ray.." She muttered without looking up.

"What's wrong ? " I asked . By now Jacob was looking at her too because we sit by eachother.

"Did you ever get my text?" She said as her voice kinda cracked . SHIT! That's what I forgot !! It's been 3 days and I forgot to even check that message. I just been tryna get Trinity to forgive me and stuff I've been so caught up with her ! Damn..

I pulled out my phone and went to our messages I read her last message to me.

"Wait they're here?! Now!!?" I yelled/whispered.

She nodded. Still with her head down.

"Wait look at me Chris." I said

"No." She said .

"Chris I'm serious"

She rose her head slowly, and me and Jacob gasped. She had two black eyes and cuts all over her face, dry blood was in the cuts. Her bottom lip was busted open she just looked really bad.

"are you happy now?!" She yelled as she put her hood on and put her head back down. Everyone in the class turned around and looked at us 3.

"Uh ..PMS?" Me and Jacob said in unison. Then they looked back at the movie .

"Did they do that to you?" I asked .

"Who?"Jacob said in a confused tone.

"I'll tell u later man. But did they do this to you Chris ?!" I yelled/whispered.

"Yes ray, who else could've done it?! BooBoo the fucking fool?!?!?!" She yelled as she got up and walked out the door.

Damn I feel bad now .

First period was over and me and Jacob skipped second period to look for Chris. I just KNOW she didn't go home . I took this as an opportunity to tell Jacob the back story to all of this. When I was done he gasped and said 'Damn.' Then We heard sniffling in the janitors closet. We opened it to see Chris on the floor crying. Jacob gasped. We both squatted down to comfort her .

"We gotta get you outta there" Jacob said.
