( Jacob's POV )

"Uh.. Good news?" I replied.
"Well, the good news is," the doctor continued,"she's fine, she'll be able to be released tomorrow night. We have to run a few tests but..." The doctor stopped.
"But what?" Ray exclaimed.
"Her ribcage was broken , but not badly .we handled that. Her right leg is broken though. It's in a cast. When we release her, she will need to be cared for." The doctor replied.
"Yessir. May we go see her?" I said.
"Right this way." The doctor said as he lead us to the room she was in.
When we walked in the room she was asleep. The heart monitor was beeping slowing but at a good pace . Her leg was elevated in a cast.
"What are we gonna do? You know we can't let her go home." I said quietly, but loud enough for ray to hear me.
"Why?" He replied . I straight-faced the shit out of him.
"Because ASSHOLE, her aunt and uncle are there." I replied.
"OHH YEA. I had a plan." Ray said as he rubbed his hands together.

I was at school in 3rd block, I felt my phone vibrating constantly meaning someone's calling me.
I took the bathroom pass and walked out to answer .
"Fuck you want Ray?!" I yelled through the phone.
"Come to the hospital,Now" He said .
"Nigga don't command me. Plus I got class!!"
"Get in your damn car, yeen doing shit in Mrs. Caleb's class any damn ways." He said.
"True." I said as I hung up the phone. I slid the bathroom pass under the classroom door and proceeded to my car.
15 minutes later
I arrived at the hospital to see Ray and Jacob in the lobby. When they saw me they smirked.
"Fuck y'all want?" I exclaimed.
"You're gonna be Chris's caretaker." Ray said as he patted me on the back.
"NO THE FUCK IM NOT." I yelled . Everyone in the lobby looked at me.
"Yes you are. You're the reason why she backed up into the damn street . You're gonna take care of her at YOUR house until she can walk again!" Jacob exclaimed as he got in my face.
I pushed him back a little. "Nigga, why it gotta be at my house?" I asked a like TF.
"Because... We'll explain that to you later, just don't take her home . Have Amber lend her some clothes will ya'?" Ray commanded . How'd he know my cousin Amber was in town? Stalking ass niggas.
"Man bruh...... Shannon ain't gone like this." I said.
"Fuck he-" Jacob started but ray cut him off.
"Jacob that's not nice..... FUCK THAT BITCH . " Ray exclaimed popping the 'b' in 'bitch'
"Fuck y'all. When can she get out?" I asked
"Check her out tomorrow morning." Jacob said.
"IiGht" ... I'm so not ready for tomorrow.
