=PJ's POV=
TUESDAY...
WEDNESDAY...
THURSDAY...
FRIDAY...
"I have to go to school today!" I yelled as I ran back up to my room to get ready.
"Words I thought I'd never hear." Dad smirked.
My parents and I had been arguing over the same issue for three days already. They didn't think I was ready to be around "humans."
I growled, "I'm fine."
He offered me a skeptical look.
I hated being cooped up and Babysat, I mean mom and Dad even changed their own schedules to accommodate this too as they were both currently working from home and I knew it was driving them crazy too.
"Son it's not safe, you could hurt innocent people in a random shift." My dad said with his own growl. "I can not permit you to do this."
I heard the finality in his tone. To be honest My Dad's always been a ball buster, I can not even begin to imagine him as a fucking wolf.
But I went upstairs and got dressed anyways. I had to go back today or I would miss the game, if anything else I still had football.
Football was my normalcy.
Running, jumping, throwing, tackling, the plays and formations we ran were drilled into my head since I was a kid. But how would that change now that I'm a monster.
The winner of tonight's game would play Port A High for their homecoming game, and I had to make sure I secured our spot for the state championship against one of the Seattle teams.
"PJ." Dad called up.
"Yeah?"
"Look I have to run to the office really quick...Mom's already on her way back and I do NOT want you leaving this house...do you hear me son?"
I rolled my eyes, "I hear you!"
'Doesn't mean I'm going ot listen." I added silently.
I waited a good ten minutes after he left to make sure he wasn't going to pop back in...he didn't, so I took off.
A few minutes later I parked my bike and headed to the cafeteria, I found our usual table and sat down.
"Hey you all better?" Sara asked as she hugged me.
"Yeah, well it's hard to explain." I mumbled. "Hey I need a note."
"Dude you're still burning up." She said as she gave me a questioning look.
Sara wrote up a simple note, signed my moms name and added her own cellphone number just to be more authentic...to this day the school's never had my mom's actual number on record.
"So where are the guys at?" I asked as she handed me the note.
"Well Sean an Chase are home, they're sick too...I was starting to think you guys were just pulling a stunt, just trying to skip school...but now I see you here and I guess I was wrong." She admitted. "As for Brandon, he was called to the gym for a sit down with the coaches."
"Shit, I should go." I said getting up then realizing I would be leaving her alone.
She rolled her eyes and smiled. "Go, I'll be good." She assured me. "I have to head to the library anyways." She said standing up to grab her backpack.
"Library?" I asked, then I really looked at her for the first time. She was wearing a frilly yet form fitting top, skinny jeans and heels.
Sara? In heels?
