"Truth or Dare?" He asked, giving me a silly side look before returning his head back to the road.

"Yeah, I mean, it'd be fun." I cheered it on with a shrug but all he could do was smile and shake his head.

"Isn't that a little childish?" He asked.

I frowned. "No. Besides, it beats sitting here and listening to old classic rock songs that are so boring and doing nothing. Plus, it'll keep my mind off the present abduction I'm involved in right now."

"Present abduction." He laughed.

I smiled by reflex of hearing him laugh. It was brief but was somehow calming. "So what do you say? You up for it?"

He threw me another look before shrugging easily. "A little game wouldn't hurt. So who's starting?"

"You are."

"What happened to ladies first?" He asked.

"That only applies whenever it benefits us. Now, truth or Dare?" I asked quickly.

"Woah, hold on for a sec." He pursed his lips before going on. "Is this the type where someone is obligated- or rather forced into choosing the next option after choosing a previous one?" I stared at him in confusion and he nodded. "I mean, take for example; if I choose dare this first time, am I then obligated to choose truth the next?"

"Oh that. You're free to choose whatever you want." I replied.

He shot me another look before nodding once. "Okay then, truth." He answered.

I would admit being surprised as I figured him going for dare the first time. After few minutes of thinking for an 'appropriate' question to ask him, he suddenly spoke up again.

"Hold on!" He interrupted. "Are we just playing for fun or for keeps?"

"Mmm... fun would be too boring. Plus, you could easily lie to me. So why not for keeps?"

He squinted his eyes before smiling slyly to himself. "What?" I asked.

"How would you know if I'm lying or not?" He asked.

I kept silent. He did ask a reasonable question.

"I'd know."

"How?"

"I just would."

"How would you?" He pushed further.

"Because I just would, Michael!" I shot him a look. He glanced my way and laughed to himself.

His eyes were soft and grey just as they always were. "Okay then, I'm setting the rules for the keeps." He pursed his lips in thought before speaking again. "If you refuse to answer a question or refuse to obey a dare, then I'm shortening your allowance by 20% and if I refuse to answer a question or obey a dare, I'll increase it by 5%. Deal?"

"Why only 5% for you? That doesn't seem fair!" I argued.

"Because I'm the older one here. So deal or no deal?" He asked with an evil smirk. I pouted before agreeing to his terms. And here I was thinking he wasn't going to be bossy anymore.
