Even with all her worrying, Sadie had to do what the stranger asked. She couldn't afford to get into anymore trouble than she already was.
Her alarm went off at 6:00, plenty of time to get ready and get to school early.
She got ready and packed her bag for school, incase she ended up not coming back home before school started.
'Wait,' Sadie thought. 'Did they say Mr.K's classroom would be unlocked?'
Sadie checked her phone. All he said was to be at the school and follow those instructions, nothing about the classroom being unlocked.
'Well, I guess it will be, otherwise this would all be pointless. Unless he expects me to try to pick the lock...'
After a minute of worrying, Sadie waved it off.
'Wait, why would he do that? That's pointless'
And with that, Sadie walked out her house and into her car.
