Sadie was writing her term paper when it came.
A new text.
She wasn't as nervous as before, now she hoped they would never text her again. That the notes in Mr.K's desk was all they wanted.
But she was wrong.
Sadie unlocked her phone to check her messages, and there, clear as day, was a new message.
She read it.xxx-xxx-xxxx
Have you forgot about me yet? I doubt it. All those nervous ticks, you know, those are not good for you. Well, anyway, good job on those notes. Mr.K definitely got them. I bet he'll be shredding those as soon as he can, he can't take any chances. And no, I will not tell you what they say. But you'll find out. Eventually.
Now, don't think that was so hard to do. These tasks will only get harder the more of them you do. And you have to do all of them.
I know you don't think that was actually hard.
You've done harder things in your life.
Things you can never get out of your mind.
Things you'll never forgive yourself for.
That will come in handy eventually. Better to use someone with experience of defying the law.
You'll find out why.
Only at the end.
I'll send you a new text in two days. Take some time to think. You'll need it.
Text you soon ... ;)
