Amanda's POV
I stop and look at her, making sure she's okay. She stops, and looks at me, "you okay?" She asks, somewhat out of breath. "I'm fantastic, but are you okay?" I ask putting my hands in hers. "I'm perfect." She says and pulls me in for another kiss.
After a few minutes we pull away, and sit on the couch. "So what are you thinking?" I ask, nervously. "Well I was thinking maybe, we could be together? But if you don't want to that's totally fine..." She says gathering herself, scooting away from me. I grab her face, and pull her in for a passionate kiss. "I would love that." I say and begin kissing her again. "You have no idea how long I've waited for this." She says. I smile, so happy that she actually wants to be with me. "What do you think we should say? Like should we wait to tell them?" I ask. "I'm fine with anything, if you want to tell them we can, if you want it to be a secret for now we can." She says. "Let's tell the guys," I say nodding. She smiles. "Alright, we can invite them over for drinks and tell them tonight. Should we tell Cragen?" She asks. "Yeah, he should know." I say. "Alright." She says smiling , kissing me.
LATER THAT NIGHT
After setting out the pizzas and snacks, we hear the door bell. I look at Liv and take a deep breath. I go to answer the door. "Hey guys, come in the foods on the island." I say to fin and Carisi. Once everybody is there, we get everybody in the living room. "So we have some news, and I am not sure how you're all gonna take it." I say. "Do you wanna tell them?" I whisper to Liv." She nods. "Okay um, this isn't easy." She chuckles. "Amanda and I are...together? I don't know how to really say it any other way." She says nervously, looking at me. Nobody says anything. "Somebody please say something." I say. "It's about damn time."
Cragen says. We all laugh. "So you guys are all okay with this?" I say? "Why wouldn't we be okay with it?" Fin asks. "I don't know I just..." "You're family. We all will love you no matter what. Isn't that right?" Everybody says yes, in agreement. I put my hand in Olivia's, and look at her, smiling. I lean my head into hers. "What're you waiting for? Kiss her already!" Carisi says. We laugh, and Liv pulls me in for a kiss. I've never been more happy.
