*hey guys this chapter will center around Olivia choosing to press charges. Right now Amanda is in the hospital still so she won't be in this much. Sorry I haven't updated, I haven't been doing well lately 🙃 THEY ARE AT THE PRECINCT I FUCKED UP SO THATS WHERE THEY ARE NOW
Olivia's POV
"Let's press charges." I say. "Are you absolutely sure?" He asks. "Yes, just try not to tell Amanda right now. She's got enough to deal with." I say. "We're going to need to release the rape kit," he says. "Can I see it?" I ask. "Yeah let me find the report." He digs in a large file drawer and pulls out a Manila folder. I take it and head for the bunks.
Once I get there, I shut the door and open the folder, looking at the doctors notes. Olivia Serena Benson, 44 yr old female, presents with abrasions to the face, stomach, inner thighs and back. Rape kit shows extensive tearing to the vagina and no fluids. Patient has taken contraceptives. Patient also presents with memory loss from a blow to the head. I slowly read the words in front of me. "Son of a bitch." I whisper. I put a hand over my mouth and try my best not to cry. I go back to Capts office and hand him the report. "Let's press charges."
