Train Air

Four

The taxi driver pulls over, we are at the train station. "that will be 50$" he says. Jeanine and i look at each other in fear because we only brought 40 dollars. So we gave him 5 sweet tarts and ran for our lives. We follow Winston but we are a few feet away, just so that he cant see us."I'm hungry" Jeanine says. "Jeanine there will be food on the train, just wait and be quiet your talking really loud Winston will hear you" i whisper. "but we board in a hour!" she whispers. a lady taps Winston on the shoulder, points at us and says, "are those your children?". Jeanine and i hid behind a fat man. Hopefully no more people will notice us for the rest of the time.

An hour later, we finally board the train. Jeanine and I sit a few seats behind Winston.then Jeanine orders some chicken to fill herself up. the train moves and takes off. I do feel pretty bad for leaving home, but my family will be too busy drinking and partying while Winston and i are gone. I won't miss them a bit. I'm just worried if we'll die or something. a lady grabs our hands and brings us to the front of the train. "let go of us!" Jeanine says, but its no use. We try pulling ourselves away from her, but she doesnt let go. she takes us to the train conductor "these two children  were seen unattented in this train!" she says. "thank you ma'am" the conductor says. he grabs us by the hand a puts us in a room with literally nothing. "stay here until your parents come to get you" he says. the door reads, "LOST CHILDREN". "wait! you dont understand!" i say "its ok, i do understand, i once was lost as a kid too, dont worry, your parents will come. the train conductor and the lady leave, the lady forgets her purse, so Jeanine and I stole some of her make up. we shove it in our backpacks and then the lady comes back and grabs her purse, then leaves. using all the makeup we got, we disguised ourselves with it and put our hair in buns, which we never do, in dance, we can wear our hair in ponytails.  i try opening the door, but it's locked. the key hole is on the other side of the door, so theres no point in using the key. "I have an idea!" Jeanine says. she peeks through a little hole in the door to see a little kid. she grabbs some of her candy and pushes it out the hole. causing the little kid to come to the door and grab it. "hey!hey!" Jeanine shouts."whos there?" the boy says. im suprised his parents didnt even notice he left." listen, if you want more candy, go to the captians room, get the key to the lost children room, and get us out of here!" she says. "candy?" the boy says."yes! yes! candy! now go get the key!" jeanine says. "ok" he says as he walks away.10 minutes later, we hear the door unlock, then we run, still covering our faces just in case. we didnt even give the little boy candy. we head back to our seats and finally are back to the original plan. then the assistany train conductor announces on the speaker,"attention passengers, we will be arriving in our destination in a few days, thank you for choosing us as your traveling system, have a good night." the lights turn off and the attendants come out with blankets. there is a button that pushes back the seat that turns it into a mattress. then everyone falls asleep, well, except me. i was wondering if Jeanine is gonna be right about Winston not coming back. i was wondering if i was making the right decision.
