Grace's POV
"Good going Grace."
"And we thought you were the mature one of the three of us."
"Exactly! But no, you just HAD to get us banned from the venue."
"It wasn't my fault! I promise!"
We were walking to Rachel's car now, Rachel, Maria, and I. The concert and meet & greet ended a long time ago. It was around midnight as we were walking through the parking lot. It wasn't my fault that we got kicked out! Let me explain from the beginning ....
*A few hours ago*
Rachel and I were still sitting at the table with One Direction. They weren't supposed to go on stage for another 30 minutes, so we were still sitting and talking to each other.
"uh..is there a ladies room here?" Rachel asks.
"Yes! Let me show you." Niall offers.
"No, let me escourt you to the bathroom!" Louis says, pushing Niall back to his seat as he got up.
"Why don't you both go?" Zayn asks.
"Yeah, mate, let's go together." Niall smiles and puts his arm around Louis's shoulder.
Rachel and I can't help but laugh. "Thanks." She says as she gets up. Niall and Louis each take one of her arms as the lead the way out the door and to the bathroom.
Harry, Zayn, and Liam are talking amongst themselves about something I can't understand. Every now and then they smile and laugh. They seem like brothers, yet they're just close friends. It amazed me at how these five boys were the best of friends, yet they were each different in their own way. Niall is Irish, first of all. Louis is extremely funny, he should be a comedian. Zayn has that "bad-boy" look with the way he fixes his hair and the many tattoes all over his body. Harry is naughty, and conceited, and funny, and he's very outgoing. Not shy at all. Not one bit.
And Liam.... well Liam is just....
I don't like Liam.
Whenever I look at his face, or hear his name, I can't help but think of the article about him that I read. How could he be so low? Going to bars and clubs, getting into fights.... so many people have it worse. He needs to be thankful for what he already has, which is so much. So much.
And yet when Harry and Zayn are talking to him right now, they don't seem mad at him at all. No pity whatsoever. This isn't going to make Liam better! This is just going to make him worse.
My arms were folded at my chest when I began to speak. "So... you guys all seem happy, don't you?"
For a second, they were confused. Then Harry made a little laugh and answered me. "Of course, why wouldn't we?"
"Well, my sister told me about what's been going on. In fact, I read an article about it too." I didn't want to put Liam on blast, but the courage came into me to do it. "About Liam."
Liam's face changed. At first, he was confused. Then, I saw both pain and anger in his eyes. For a second I felt sorry for him. But that went away quickly. I kept my annoyed look on my face, waiting for an answer from Liam.
"Oh my goodness. I--"
"You what? You're depressed? You're so sad that you risked ruining your entire career? No, don't give me that crap. What you did was extremely chiildish. Because of you, they had to stop the tour. Because of you, all five of you guys are stuck in Seattle while you get your act together. Do you not care about anyone else but yourself? You can ruin their career too! And your fans?! I'm surprised they still came out today. But they probably weren't here for you anyways. Gosh, your life is so blessed and amazing! Why can't you understand that? I hope you do recover, as well as your mom."
