"I'm going to keep this short because you kids need to use this class time efficiently and use as much time as you can to exercise. Being FITT is very important F standing for frequency how many times you do something. I for intensity, T for what type of exercise you do and last but not least the other T stands for Time for how long you do something. These all are very very important to keep in mind when we are trying to stay fit. Now there are only about 12 machines, 12 bikes and 1 treadmill for 50 something students. Half of you will use the machines and the other half will do circuits in order to not waste time. I also have prepared a new exercise worksheet. Studies have shown that when you do a high intensity workout without stopping then you rest it helps you become more healthier..." Mr. Sylvester their guy teacher explained.

"Wow so much for keeping it short, he's like not even half way done," Kacy complained.

"But after it'll be a good chance to put the notes in. We leave our school bags here to exercise right so we could just slip it in while the others are exercising," Victor said.

As soon as Mr. Sylvester was done talking which was like 10 minutes later, everyone started to move their school bags to the side. Kacy and Victor stayed were doing weighs near the school bags, they looked around the room. Pina and Achi were doing wall sits. Lulu was going a overhead press while Eve was just walking around. Joe was on one of the bikes, she was biking really really intensely. Hale and Theresa were on the arm curl machine talking. Victor quickly slipped a note into their school bags.

It was homeroom now any they only had about 10 minutes left of class. Pina and Achi were in the back asking Kelley if she wrote the note. Lulu suddenly came up to Victor and Kacy with and worried look on her face.

"They actually think it's Kelley, we should tell them before it gets too big and they tell the Dean," Lulu said.

"Why would they tell the dean, are they not allowed to get noted," Kacy asked but then paused when she saw that Lulu was serious "Fine," she said. She saw Lulu run over to the others and tell them what happened.
