Chapter six

Victoria's Pov

Louis dodged that question rather quickly.  I wonder what I can do to make him trust me, then again I don't exactly trust him either. From want I've heard of him, he's not a very level headed guy. His temper is out of control, but when I'm with him he isn't like that. In fact I don't think I've seen him like that since I met him two days ago, granted I did give up my freedom for the safety of my aunt. The picnic has been amazing so far, now he's taking me to a cave. To be honest I'm nervous about going into a cave.

 "So here it is. Ready to go in?" He asks. "Uh sure." As we walk in I'm shocked with how it looks. Its so beautiful. There's little light from outside but it adds to the beauty of it. There's a crystal blue lake in the middle of it and it looks so peaceful. "Do you like it?" Louis asks. "Its incredible." I breathe out in reply. " I'm glad you like it. I come here whenever I need think or want to escape from reality for a bit." Louis said as he walk towards a rock to sit on.

 We stayed in the cave for what seemed like a few hours when Louis said we should head back before it gets to dark. Though I was reluctant to leave, I had to agree with him.  AS we walked the path back I couldn't help but feel like I was being watched. I looked out the corner of my eye and saw Louis staring at me. "You know taking a picture would last longer, right?" Louis came to an stop at my words. I chuckled, lightly as he regained his position beside me. "If you think I was staring at you, you'd be wrong. I was simply looking at the scenery behind you." Well that hurt a little, but why did it hurt? Its not like I like him.

When we got back to the castle the rest of the boys were already in the dining room. " So what's for dinner tonight?" I asked as I sat in my assigned seat. Sheesh its like being back in high school when we had assigned seats. "Spaghetti, with meatballs and a side salad." Niall announced. "Awesome, that's my favorite of all time." I said with a big smile. after eating and chatting awhile, I learned that Niall is from Ireland, and Luke, Ashton, Mikey, and Calum are from Australia. That they all were friends from early on and decided to move in together. I could tell that they were hiding something from me, but I decided not to ask. As soon as we were all done eating Luke and Niall started to clear the table. I started to help. "Victoria what are you doing?" Louis asked. "I'm helping them. It was a rule that my parents had, that if you didn't help cook you had to do the dishes afterwards. So that's what I'm doing. " I said as I took some plates into the kitchen. "You guys made this so go doing something fun, I'll clean the kitchen, don't worry about it." I told Luke and Niall as I shooed them out of the kitchen. I noticed their was an ihome on the counter so I put my ipod on it and pressed shuffle. As the music played I filled the sink with hot water and dish soap. As I was washing the dishes I started dancing and singing along to my music. after twenty minutes of doing that, could feel eyes watching me once again today, but this time it was several pairs. I decided not to let them know I knew they were there  and just continued doing the dishes.

Louis's Pov

I  decide to watch her as she did the dishes. The others had come to watch too as they heard the music start to play. We watched as she started dancing and singing, we were all in complete awe of her. "She's interesting isn't she? " Liam said. "Yea, she is." I said. "Guy's I think I'm starting fall in love with her." "Why do you say that, Lou?" Harry asked. " I don't know, but she's only been here for barely two days and I can't stop thinking about her, or why she traded spots with her aunt. She gives off an innocent vibe as well." "Well Louis we are here to help, but your going to have to learn to your temper. She doesn't trust you just yet, and I can tell that you are afraid to trust her as well." "I know I have control my temper, but its kind of hard to do with the stupid curse, why did I have to be a jerk to that woman, why couldn't I have just gave her shelter for the night?" I asked frustrated with myself. "I think I'll show her the library and music room tomorrow. Zayn did you get the books I asked for?" "Yea I did." "Thank you, I'll  see you guys in the morning." I left to go to my room. Once I was in my room I shut the door and turned to the closet that holds my life. In this dreaded closet is the one thing that can destroy me and the one person who can save is in the kitchen dancing and singing. What I didn't tell the boys is that not only did I start falling for her but I've already fallen and hard. If she doesn't even know it yet, she has my heart and that frightens me.
