Chapter 4

Jason P.O.V
(Outfit at the top)

I met this really nice girl today. She is in my class and I sit next to her. She has beautiful brown hair and gorgeous brown eyes. She is tall and thin and has the voice of a blue jay singing in the morning. I asked her to show me around the school, to know it a little better, but really I wanted to get to know her a little better. She's really kind and friendly more so than others. I just hope she isn't taken.

^A week later^

*Beep Beep Beep* "Ugh." I get up out of bed, make my bed, grab my clothes for the day, and go to the bathroom to take a shower. After my shower I go to the kitchen and grab some cereal. I grab the box of Apple Jacks and milk then go to the living room to watch some tv. I turn the tv off and go and wash my dishes. After that I go to my room and put my shoes on, grab my backpack, grab my keys, and head to school.

When I get to the school I see Alexis at her locker crying. This is my chance! I could comfort her and maybe, just maybe, make her my girlfriend! That's what I'll do. I walk over to her, since my locker is right next to hers. "Alexis, are you ok?" I ask. *Sobbing between words* "Yeah.... No!!!" she says continuing to cry. "Do you wanna talk about it?" "Yeah." she says still crying. "Ok. So tell me what happened." "Ok." she says whipping away the tears. "Yesterday in the morning............" ^You know the story^ "And I'm the only one who doesn't have a boyfriend plus I'm last to know about it." Wow. That was intense. "I'm sorry to hear that. But hey, you're not the only single one!" I say trying to make her laugh; which I did. "Yeah. So I guess I'm not alone!" As we walk down we talk and laugh until we get into class where we have to be calm.

"Ok class. Today we are going to get into to groups of two. Now, you have the choice of me choosing the partners or you can choose your own partners." Mrs.E says. Hmmm, I wonder if Alexis will be my partner? You know what, I'll ask her! I lean over and whisper "Hey  Alexis. Do you want to be my partner?" I ask hoping she says yes. She leans over and says "Yeah." YAS! She said yes!

Class finishes and we all head out the door to head to lunch. I wait for Alexis to come out and she finally comes out. "Sorry, Mrs. E wanted to talk with me. So, I was wondering if I could come over today after school?" "Sure. So do you just want to walk to my house together or just come over whenever?" " I guess we could just go together. If that's fine with you?" "Yeah."

Alexis P.O.V.
"Sorry, Mrs. E wanted to talk with me. So, I was wondering if I could come over today after school?" "Sure. So do you just want to walk to my house together or just come over whenever?" " I guess we could just go together. If that's fine with you?" "Yeah." Now I just need to tell Cameron that I'm going over his house. Hm I wonder what he's going to say? I'll call him when I get to my locker right now.

"Hello? Alexis is everything ok?"
"Yeah I'm ok. I'm just called to ask if I could go over a boys house after school."
"Are you crazy?! Who is this guy?! Do I know him?!"
"No you don't know him but he's in my class. Plus our teacher said we have to go to each other's house to work on a project we're working on."
"Fine.... Are you going to walk home?"
"Yeah. I'll text you when I leave his house."
"Ok. What's the guy's name?"
"His name is Jason. I got to go. I'll call you later. Bye."
"Bye."
I put my phone in my pocket, open my locker, put my bag in there, get my lunch, and head down to the tables. When I get here everyone is eating and talking. I sit down and realize that Jason isn't here. "Where's Jason?" They all point over to the bleachers. Oh heck no!
