"Don't be sorry. This isn't your fault" I say turning around. We have a moment and I hear someone come through the front door. "There you are! I called you like 5 times!" It was just my aunt. "Sorry. I was in the bathroom." "Ok. Are you coming and your mom coming over for dinner?" "Actually-" Alexis walks out of the bathroom and my aunt looks at her. "Oh. You have a friend over that's fine. Hi I'm Jason's aunt." she says walking towards Alexis. "Hi. I'm Alexis" she says shaking my aunts hand. "Well I should be going. Ok Jason I'll see you tomorrow. It was nice meeting you Alexis." "Same here." As my aunt walks out we both say in sync "Bye." After she leaves we go to the living room to start on the project. "To be honest. We don't start the project until Monday. I just wanted to hang out with you" she says putting her binder and laptop away. YAS! This is my chance to get her!
We talk for about an hour and I can't do this anymore. "Alexis." "Yes Jason?" she says looking at me. "I'M IN LOVE WITH YOU!" I blurt out. She looks at me. Next thing I know a group of people who I never wanted to see come through the door.
