"Blue?" my mother said realizing that I still had Harry's hand in my grip. "Are you okay?"
"Y-yeah. Yeah. I'm fine. Um. If you'll excuse me for just a minute, I forgot I had to do something.. In.. In my room." I let go of Harry's hand and ran up to my room. I quickly pulled out my phone and called my bestfriend.
"Hello?"
"Gabby, I'm in deep shit.."
"Why? What's wrong? Blue, are you pregnant?"
"What the fuck? No! I just met my soon to be step dad and he's fucking gorgeous."
"No way! I wanna see! Try to take a picture of him!"
I heard a small knock on my door. "Blue? Can I come in?" I heard Harry's deep voice through the otherside of the door.
"I gotta go, I'll talk to you later. Love you, bye."
"Love you too."
I hung up and laid my phone on my bed. "Uh yeah sure. Come in."
"Are you okay?" he said looking right into my eyes.
"Yeah, I'm fine"
"I know it's not easy sharing your mum with me, but I pinky promise I'll try not to get in your way." he said placing his hand on top of mine. "I'd actually like to take you out tomorrow night, if that's okay with you? I'd like to get to know you a bit, love." His thumb gently rubbed my hand.
"Yeah, I'd love to." I said a bit too eagerly.
He chuckled a little. "Okay, princess."
My breathing hitched at his nickname for me.
He leaned over and kissed my cheek. My face instantly turned red. He got up and walked out of my room.
I plopped back on my bed and covered my face. The huge smile on my face started to hurt my cheeks.

We have a date.
