I closed my eyes thinking of Kris. Gosh I found myself getting attached to him sooner than I thought. Everything about him made me excited. His smiled, his body, his voice, his touch. I found my hand traveling down south as thoughts of Kris continued to run through my head. I bit my lip and threw my head back. I let out a low moan, and continued to pleasure myself.
" Fuck !" I shot out of the tub when I heard the glass from downstairs shatter. I threw my robe on, and grabbed my knife from under the sink.
I peeked my head out the door, and looked both ways. I ran full speed down the hall into my room. I grabbed my cellphone, and dialed 911.
Phone Call
Officer : 911, what's your emergency?

Dejanaye: My house has been broken into. I'm inside my room with the door locked.

Officer : What is your address ma'am ??

Dejanaye : 11949 Peach Ave.

Officer : We are sending someone your way now. Stay where you are

Dejanaye : I don't think I have a choice.

Phone Call
I sat in the farthest corner, and held the knife close to my chest.
" Please hurry." I said to myself. Can this all just go away. Why can't he just accept the fact that I don't want him. It's not that bad to get rejected, or was it.
There was a knock at the door, and I stood to my feet taking small steps. Still paranoid that someone might just be in my house. I crept down my stairs slowly, moving through the dark still being alert in my surrounding.
" Police open up!" I opened the door, and a muscular male around his late 30's, brown skin, and jet black hair. I smiled in relief and let him in.
" Can you explain to me what happened ?" I nodded closing my door.
" I was in the shower, and I heard my window downstairs break." He was writing my statement down on his notepad.
" How do you exactly know someone broke into your home?" I hope he don't think I'm lying.
" Well I've been stocked for a few days now, and I believe it was this same person that broke my window trying to get into my house." He nodded.
" Mhmm. Now who is this person that's been stocking you ?"
" Kobe." He raised his eyebrow.
" There's probably a billion Kobe's I this universe ma'am. Please be specific." I really don't like this officer .
" Uhm Kobe...I think his last name is Washington. He goes to my high school. He's African American, about 5'7, low cut, and brown eyes." He wrote it all down.
" I will most definitely be at your school or try to catch him somewhere else. We will bring him in for questioning. If we don't have evidence on him, you know we can't hold him in jail. He will be released. Within the 24 hours we bring him in." I nodded.
" Can you just tell him to quit it. I really don't know what his problem is."
" I will take your request and let him know, but do you have anywhere to stay for the night? Just for your safety."
" Actually I do. Uhm can you stay until I get dressed and stuff?" He nodded and sat down on my couch.
.
I returned back downstairs, and seen him in the same spot. I walked over to him.
" Thank you officer. It was really kind of you to stay and also for coming by." He nodded.
" Your safety is my main concern."
We exited my house, and I locked it. I had a glass man coming tomorrow morning to fix my glass. I placed a bookshelf and fixed my curtains to cover and block the whole. I got into my car, and headed to Regina's house.
.
" Thank you so much. I don't know what I would do without you boo." I kissed her cheek before she exited the guest room. I snuggled under the covers, and drifted off to sleep. Only to be awaken every 20 minutes. My life was flashing before my eyes. It was crazy.
.
" Knock knock!" I smiled walking into Kris's hospital room.
" Hey Dej." He hugged me, but not tightly, due to his injury.
" How you feeling ?" He shrugged his uninjured shoulder.
" I should be asking you that. No offense, but you look like shit. Did you get any sleep?" I shook my head remembering events from last night.
" No. I believe Kobe broke the glass to my window with this big ass rock I seen on my living room floor. I called the police and spent the night at Regina's. I kept waking up, thinking he was gonna come there. I just don't know what to do anymore Kris. He's going to far with this." I stated angrily.
" We'll just have to take care of it ourselves. I have a few plugs, and with a few calls I can have him gone forever." I had no clue what he was talking about, but as long as he was out of my life I was okay with it.
" So. Did they run your test already ?" He nodded.
" Every other day I'll have to have therapy at 5p.m in my house. My personal therapist will come and help me gain my strength back in my shoulder and arm."
" I'm sorry you have to go through this Kris." He made a side smile. 😏
" Come on. It could of been worst. Just be glad I'm alive and can still see, walk, and live to be right with you." He was actually right. Somehow he knows all the right words to make my day brighter. He seems to clear my head when it's clouded with bullshit and irrelevant stuff that's depressing me. He's like a guardian angel sent to help me see the good in everything. He teaches and shows me the true and positive meaning of life and it's daily lessons. It would be nice to keep him around.
