I felt myself being poked and shaked. I groaned and pulled the covers over my head. "Juno," mothers soft voice rang and she shook me again. I pulled the blankets down and looked her with a 'why-the-hell-are-you-waking-me-up-at-this-ungodly-hour' look. "A couple of cops came to talk to you this morning. They told me you were attacked. They also told me your attacker was the guy who raped yous brother. Baby girl why didn't you tell me any of this?" I was speechless as to what to say to her. I knew she'd find out eventually, but when I told her in about twenty years. Her gaze drifted to my bruised neck and her eyes became watery.

"I didn't want you to worry," I whispered.

"Baby girl, I always worry. That's my job as your mother. I really wish you told me so we could of talked about this sooner." She ran her fingers through my hair that was spread across the pillow.

"It was terrible, Mom. I have nightmares every night. And the other day I had a flashback, but it was like I was being attacked all over again. And I know the guy who attacked me yesterday was going to kill me. I don't know what I did to deserve this," I quietly cried into her hand as she carresed my cheek.

"You didn't do anything to deserve this, honey. I'm so sorry this happened to you," I saw a few tears run down her cheeks. I sat up and hugged her, crying on to her shoulder. "Should we get you help? A therepist maybe?" The thought of telling a stranger my problems terrified me.

"No, no, no. I don't want that. I don't think that'll help," I said quickly. She nodded her head in understandment.

"Have you told Kylie any of this?" her words struck me. I had been so caught up in the accident and Harry I haven't even thought of Kylie. "She's been your best friend since forever, she deserves to know." She was right, but I didn't want anyone else to know. I didn't want anyone else to get involved. But I nodded, for my mom's sake. "Well, I have to go to work, but we'll talk some more when I get back."

"Alright. I love you," I told her on her way out.

"I love you too, baby girl." she shut the door and I listened as she jogged down the stairs and out the front door.

----

After a few more hours of sleep I went down to the kitched to have breakfast, or more appropriatley lunch. I didn't think I'd sleep that long. But it's not like I have anything better to do. "Juno!" A mans voice carried through the house. I dropped the fork I was holding and frantically looked around the kitchen for a hiding spot. I cowered in the corner and buried my head in my knees.

It was the same thoughts that ran through my head over and over again: It's the guy. He found out where I live and now he's going to kill me. There's no one here to save me now. I'm going to die. I heard feet scurrry to where I wasn't very well hidden. I screamed and began shaking.

"Shh, it's just me. It's Harry," the soft Chesire voice assured me. I slowly looked up and met his light green eyes.

"What are you doing here?" I used the edge of the counter to help me stand up. I reached down and picked up the dropped fork.

"I never left," he said sheepishly and shrugged.

"What do you mean?" I furrowed my eyebrows. Harry's gaze dropped very quickly down, but immediatly shot back up. I suddenly realized I was only wearing a low cut tank top and no bra. I shyly crossed my arms over my chest.

"Sorry," he muttered. "I wanted to make sure you were safe so I stayed outside all night."

"You didn't have to do that. I live in the middle of no where if you haven't noticed," I turned my back on him and picked up my plate of scrabbled eggs. "Want some?" I mumbled through a mouthfood of food.

"No, I had Damon bring me food this morning while you were sleeping." What else goes on around here when I'm not awake? I shook off the creepy feeling. I walked into the dining room and set my plate down. Harry sat down in the seat across from me. "I saw a couple cops talking to your mom this morning."

"Yeah, they told her what happened," I said flatly, wanting to end the conversation there. I stood up from my seat, suddenly losing my appetite. Harry followed me into the kitchen and I cleared my plate.

"What about yesterday?" He followed me yet again into the living room where I plopped down on the couch and flipped on the television.

"What about it?" I played dumb, though I knew what he was talking about.

"When we kissed. You looked so weird after you pulled away," I didn't know what to say to him, so I just watched the tv, ignoring him. "Juno," Harry sighed, frutstrated, after a few minutes. I still kept my gaze on the tv. He crawled on top of me and looked me in the eyes. I was so shocked that I snapped my eyes up to meet his."Will you listen to me now?" I still just looked up at him, wide eyed.

"P-please get o-off," I whispered. I didn't want to have another flashback like last time.

"Only if you agree to listen to me."

"Aright, I'm listening."  I said and sighed. There were a few minutes of silence of him staring at me. "What, so now that I'm listening you have nothing to say?" His mouth opened and closed, trying to find his wording.

"Juno, I just...." he trailed off. "You know what, nevermind," he jumped off me and began heading towards the door.

"Harry, wait!" I pushed myself off of him and followed him. "You don't have to go," his back was to me, hand on the door knob.

"I'll come check on you tomarrow. I have a suprise for you." And with that he was gone.

----

"Guess who I brought over for dinner," my mom said as she walked in the front door. Kylie walked in behind her, and she instantly frowned.

"C'mere," she grabbed my wrist and dragged me upstairs to my room. "How does no one see this?" she had tears in her eyes, but I stood there confused. Did Mom already tell her?

"See what?" I furrowed my eyebrows together.

"I've been your best friend since birth, we know everything about each other, and seen each other at our worst and our best. But, you look terrible. I just can't believe no one else sees this. Not even your mom."

"What the hell are you going on about, Kylie?"

"You look so broken. I can see it in your eyes. And you look so pale and shaky. When was the last time you ate? And your neck, there's huge bruises, and your wrists. What happened to you?"

"Kylie, I-I" It was now or never, I guess. "I was r-raped-d," it was incredibley hard saying that. She stood mouth wide, eyes sad, trying to find her words.

"Honey," she took me in her arms and hugged me tightly. "I'm so sorry," I stood there and gripped her tightly. I didn't cry. I've been doing that to much the past week. Has it been a week? Maybe it's only been a few days. I haven't been paying to much attention to time.

"I'll be okay. Harry saved me," she pulled away and looked at me like 'wtf you talking about?'.

"Styles? The Harry Styles," I nodded. "I should really stop missing school," she said and sighed.

"It's so weird, like after facing a tramitic experience like that, most people are terrified and have to go through years of therepy, but after spending the past few days with Harry, it's like he's my therepy. I feel fine when I'm with him. He makes me forget about all the shit in my life."

"Honey, how well do you know him?" Kylie always sounded so motherly. Sometimes I even get lectured by her.

"Not very well, but he only just moved here," after I told her that I filled her in on everything that happened since I met Harry. We've had quite the rocky beggining.

"Girls! Dinner time!" my mom called. My stomach growled and I realized I hadn't eaten much in the past few days.

"I'll race ya!" I said to Kylie and ran out the door. She jogged down the stairs right behind me. I picked up my plate and took a huge bite, but Kylie was just a couple seconds behind me. "I win!" I yelled with mouth full of food. "Victory is mine!" I yelled in a deep voice. Kylie rolled her eyes and then giggled.
