Chapter-4

Serena's P.O.V.
I'm gonna take him to Clemont's gym! He'll be so excited! I've known Clemont and his sister Bonnie nearly my whole life!

Clemont started in our kindergarten(pre school) but the teachers saw that he was to smart so he went straight to High school when we just started elementary school(primary school). He's also one of my best friends.

"Hey!" I greeted Ash under the Oak tree we'd spoken under before. "Hey!" He waved back. I saw him looking at the sky then check his phone. "It gets dark here quicker than in Kanto." He said. I looked up to the also. It was a callage of oranges, reds and yellows with pink clouds scattered across the sky.

"So you ready?" I asked. "Oh... Yeah let's go!" He said energetically.

We arrived outside the Lumious Tower and as Ash noticed the metal symbol hanging above the enterance his eyes widened. "A gym!" He exclaimed excitedly. "Yup!"I nodded. "What are we waiting for?" He asked about to run in when I stopped him as I stupidly remembered he had to sign up at the Pokémon center. "What?" He asked. Going red I said sheepishly "You have to sign up at the Pokémon-" " Do you think I didn't already do that?" He interrupted pulling out his Kalos Pokédex. Now i'm a tomato. "Come on!" He said running in the doors me trailing behind.

The last time I was here was when Clemont's dad was the gym leader. It's changed. ALOT. "Wow." Ash and I awed in unison. As we stepped in there was a design like... motherboards scattered on the walls with data flying past us and two large metal doors ahead of us. We advanced down the short corridor and as we reached the doors they retracted reaviling the battle arena. "Cool." Ash whispered.

"Serena!" I heard a high pitched squeal amitting from a small blonde girl with a Dedene on her head who was running towards us. "Bonnie hi!" I greeted her back less high pitched. As she reached us I introduced Ash and Bonnie to each other and then: "He's cute Serena!" Bonnie said not even TRYING to be secretive. "Oh...um...yeah... Where'd you get Dedene?" I asked seeing Ash looking as awkward as I felt. "Clemont caught him for me for when i'm older but don't try to change the topic!" She tutted while shaking her head.

As she did there was a clinking noise and the doors at the back of the gym began to open and as the person behind them began to walk out, they reached the middle and the doors closed trapping... Clemont inbetween them! "Ooooo." Ash and I hissed. "And that's my brother, the inventor Clemont." Bonnie sighed bowing her head. The doors opened as Clemont pushed a button on his sleeve. "So... he's the leader?" Ash whispered to me. "Trust me he's stronger than he looks." I whispered back.
