Chapter 7

I must apologize to her now. I jump in my car I didn't bring the old red one because it reminded me too much of Elena. I knock on her door slowly. She opens the door but closes again I stop it from closing "Wait" she stops and opens the door a little "I came to apologize to you about earlier" She seems sad "What am I to you? A sad little girl? Nothing?" I didn't realize she was crying until I see her wipe a tear "Please don't cry" I walk toward her "I don't think your a sad little girl, You are amazing" I put my hands in my pocket "I've never felt like this about anyone,in a long time" She walks outside closing the door behind her "What are you saying?" I walk to her slowly and carefully "I like you" She looks at me with a plain expression "I--Stefan I like you too" I walk to her and smash my lips into hers. She seems surprised at first but then she goes with the kiss. I put my hand around her waist "I love you Elena" she backs away "What?" I search for words "No Jeni I didn't--" She interrupts me holding a tear in her eye "No I get it Stefan you still love Elena" I stop her "No Jeniffer please let me explain it to you" she hesitates but invites me in, she invited me in now I can come in and not risk anything. "Well?" she folds her arms "I still love Elena I do but I have never felt love for someone this strong" She sits down sighing "But you miss her" I nod taking a seat next to her "She died, she was killed by a--" I pause before saying anything else "By a killer" I couldn't tell her what I was, What could've killed her I can't tell her what I am I almost lost Elena the first time and she figured it out but when she finds out it will hurt her she will be afraid of me.

"I'm sorry I was being--I didn't know" I walk to her "Its fine" I hear a knock on the door "I'll get it" she passes through me "Elena?" I hear a voice Damon? What is he doing here? "Um no come in" Damon walks in staring at Jeniffer "This is Jeniffer, Jeni this is Damon" Damon turns to me "How is this even possible I thought there was only two Elena and Katherine" Jeniffer walks toward Damon "What is going on here and who's this Elena?" Damon turns to me "You haven't told her have you?" Jeniffer backs away "Tell me what?" Damon smiles "We're Vampires"
