The next morning i spent 5 hours trying to teach Heith how to make an apple cinnamon pie and a moff cake. I didn't fully show him how to make the Moff cake because that would take to much time. I chose to show him the apple cinnamon pie because it was the easiest for me. I thought it would've been easier for him, but unfortunately it had to move onto an easier subject. A plain chocolate cupcake. He was good at making muffins and cupcakes.

I had a meeting set up to meet with Tabatha. The girl with the piercings and tattoos that Heith dreaded. I left Heith home and went to the shop to meet with her. I asked her to meet me there at 11. We had to open up at 12 which gave time. When i got there, it was 10:30AM. I got there a bit early because i had to make a few more cookies to put on display anyway. She got to the shop at exactly 11. She wore her black hair in a bun, A black pencil skirt, A white button down, and black straped heels. She only wore her earrings and didnt have any other jewlery on with her piercings. She actually looked nice. I feel over done. I only wore Pale pink heels, a red velvet sweater, and black skinny jeans. My hair was curled and put into a ponytail. I was happy to see her.

"Hello, Im Francess." I say and stand up to shake her hand.

She smiles a nice warming smile and shakes my hand, "Nice to meet you, i am Tabatha of course."

I laughed and we both take a seat, "Well, I don't mean to get straight into the interview but i have to open up soon, Shall we?"

"Sure it's no problem."

"Great! From your information i can see that you have experience of working at a restaurant," I say looking through the printed papers.

"Yup! I made desserts there for 3 years and decided to move on."

I smile, "Thats great. Your last boss said you were a good employee. especially with making the desserts. Now i would like to ask, What were the desserts you feel that you were best at?"

She gets a thoughtful expression, "Hmm, I enjoyed making cakes. Especially designing them. I liked make the icing and sometimes i would create my own flavored icing."

I write down everything she says. I have a feeling that she will be a good employee. "That sounds really good, have you made pies before?" I ask.

"Yes! My mother taught me how to make a lemon pie. I have personally been working on my pie making skills."

"I like your commitment in your cooking. Good thing you like making cakes, that's just the type of person we need. Well, most likely you will be hired. In no doubt. I will call you tomorrow in what time you should be here. Thanks for joining us Tabetha." We stand up to shake hands.

Tabetha bows her head after shaking my hand, "Thank you very much ma'am."

I smile as she leaves. Business is going well.
