The Brigadeiro
The brigadeiro is known as the national truffle of Brazil. It is present in practically all major brazilian celebrations as well as birthday parties. However, for a very popularized delicacy it is uncertain when or where it was created or who the creators were. Eating a brigadeiro is said to give people a familiar sensation because it is a way to remember happy times spent with family and friends.
