Our Time Together

Chapter Twenty-Three

"Regina, wake up!" Robin yells in my ear and I swat him away.

"Leave me alone. I'm tired." I say as I bury my head in the pillow.

"We're getting married today!" He says and then he kisses me.

"I understand that the wedding is today but I'm exhausted." I say with a groan. "Rochelle was kicking me all night." I whine.

"She was only excited for the wedding. Everything will be completely fine my love." He says as he kisses me again.

"Fine, let's go get married so I can go back to sleep." I say as I crawl out of bed.

"I hope that's not the only reason we're getting married." He says as he walks over  to me.

"Alas, my love for that is the only reason." I say with a smile and he rushes towards me. His  hands wrap around my swollen waist as he pulls me flush against his chest.

"I know you love me, my Queen. For all my affection is given to you." He says as he peppers kisses all over my neck.

"Do you love me?" He asks and I immediately scoff.

"I love you more than words can describe." I say with tears pricking at my eyes.

"Save the tears for when I read you my vows." He says with a smile as he wipes a fallen tear off my cheek.

"Your vows are going to make cry?" I ask him as I look up at his face.

"Like a baby." He says as he pecks my lips.

"I'm not sure who'll be crying more, me or Snow." I say and me and Robin both laugh.

"She'll definitely be crying way more than you." He says and I give him a small nod.

"Of course I'll be crying because you guys are so adorable!" Snow beams as she bursts through the door.

"What are you doing here?" Robin asks and I laugh.

"Do you really expect Snow to not help me get ready?" I ask and he shrugs.

"I'm guessing this is my cue to leave." Robin says and I nod.

"I'll see you later." I say reassuring him.

He pulls me in tighter and gives me a very passionate kiss. I can practically hear Snow's face cracking from her smiling too much. I pull away and give Robin a confused face.

"What was that for?" I say with a smile.

"That's the last time I'll get to kiss my fiancé. The next time we'll kiss you'll be my wife." He says and I smile.

"You guys are so cute." Snow says as she wipes away her tears.

"I suggest you leave before she has a chance to ruin any more moments." I say and he laughs.

"Bye my love." He says as he gives me a kiss on his cheek. "Make her beautiful Snow." He says as he gives her a small kiss on the cheek.

"I will as long as she doesn't incinerate me!" She yells as Robin exits the room.

"I'm not in the incinerating mood. Maybe, I could turn you into a bug and step on you." I say and she cringes.

"I turned myself into a bug once. I was trying to escape you burning me at the stake." She says and I laugh.

"Those were the good old days. Chasing you all over the realms trying to kill you and now you're helping me prepare for my wedding." I say with a small laugh.

"I would have asked for your help but you kind of ruined my wedding anyways." She says with a shrug.

"Apparently I didn't because I'm a hundred percent sure that Emma was conceived that night." I say and she laughs.
