"Toss her in the water!" Mika said, smiling. Satharoth raised an eyebrow at her, " That would make you happy wouldn't it?" Suddenly an evil grin spread across Satharoth's face. He flung her and she landed in the water with a wet thud. "Ow." To her surprise,however, the water was cleaning the wound. When she finally returned, she was shivering and soaked. Satharoth breathed. A soft flame came from his mouth, drying her. "Thanks," she mumbled.
Meanwhile, Mika walked over to the lycan and started poking him with a stick. " Ouch! I'm trying to regenerate!" He cried. Mika giggled and continued to poke him. Satharoth watched her for a moment them said," Watch her I'll be right back." Satharoth grabbed the lycan and flew off, shifting to fit through the cage. Ryu sighed,"I guess we're on our own."
--SATHAROTH'S POV--
He flew back to the headmaster. "I'm going to my cave with this one, the dragonrider, and the human that fallows me around." The headmaster stared at Satharoth then, "No." Satharoth blinked, he was not used to being told no. " Why not?" The headmaster shook his head, "It's dangerous." Satharoth glared at him, "I know. I've lived out there for centuries."
"Don't go."
Satharoth thought for a moment, "Okay, I'll stay for now."
He promptly turned around and took off.
--MIKA and RYU--
They had only been walking for a short while when Ryu froze. "Hold still." Ryu picked up Mika and began to run.
"Stop wriggling, Mika."
She laughed, " You asked me not to move."
"Do you want to die?!"
"Yes! Just kidding, no."
With that she settled down. Ryu could see the entrance ahead, along with the shape of a massive black dragon. Behind them, four lycans ran. They were frothing at the mouth. Satharoth opened his mouth and jet black flames erupted. The lycans howled in pain as the flames engulfed them. Mika laughed. Both Ryu and Satharoth exchanged a look, that was a little creepy. "What? They regenerate." Ryu and Satharoth exchange another glance then lead the way out of the cage.
