Lexie:the next morning I wake up from a dream that felt real I start crying and run to my bathroom locking the door.

Shawn:I hear crying from Lexie's I go to her bathroom but it's locked"Lexie let me in baby"I say softly then I hear her hop on to her sink counter and soft cries are heard I unlock the door and go in"baby what's wrong?"I ask

Lexie:"just my dream or my story?"I sniffle

Shawn:I close my eyes and pull her to me"shh baby it's okay ur mommy is in a better place now shhh"I coo as she keeps crying I rock her and she soon calms down.

Lexie:"I'm okay now"I sniffle

Shawn:"u sure?"I ask wiping her face

Lexie:"yes"I say and go downstairs.

Shawn:I walk down"what do u want for breakfast?"I ask

Lexie:"can we go to IHOP?"I ask

Shawn:"yeah go get dressed and then bring me ur brush so I can do ur hair"I say and she does what I say then I start trying to brush her hair.

Lexie:"ow daddy"I cry as he pulls tangles.

Shawn:"did u brush ur hair like u said u did?"I ask and she shakes her head."so u lied to me?"I ask and she nods her head. I shake my head"go get the detangel spray"I say and she goes upstairs then she comes downstairs with her hair up"no it's getting brushed"I say

Lexie:"nooooo"I whine

Shawn:"yes"I say

Lexie:"No!"I shout

Shawn:"enough Lexie, u knew this would happen if u didn't brush ur hair now, we are gonna go to breakfast and when we get back we are gonna brush ur hair"I say

Lexie:"no daddy"I whine

Shawn:"yes and that's final now let's go"I say holding my hand out for her to take she puts but takes my hand we get in the car and I drive to IHOP we get their and walk in and sit down.

Waitress:"hi I'm Carly I'll be ur waitress this morning what can I get yall to drink?"I ask

Shawn:"I'd like coffee"I say

Lexie:"I want chocolate milk"I say

Carly:"okay I'll get that right our for you guys."I say walking away.

Shawn:"what are u coloring baby?"I ask

Lexie:"a farm"I say

Shawn:"cool"I smile then we get our food eat pay them go home once we get home I get the brush and the spray"come on Lexie"I say

Lexie:"no daddy"I whine

Shawn:"one"I say and she runs over to me I sit her on my lap take her hair down on my lap and start spraying her hair as she pouts then I comb in gently making sure it won't hurt after I'm done she goes upstairs.

Lexie:I come back down"daddy can I go play outside?"I ask

Shawn:"stay in the yard"I say and she nods going to swing but high"Lexie slow it down"I say

Lexie:"why?"I ask with a whine

Shawn:"cuz you'll hurt urself now I ain't telling u again"I say sternly and she slows down"half an hour is lunch"I say and she nods I go in and fix lunch the call her in

Lexie:"daddy I don't wanna come inside"I say

Shawn:"Lexie lets go"I say and she walks in I out her in her chair"ur taking a nap after lunch"I say

Lexie:"no"I say

Shawn:"yes"I say

Lexie:"NO!"I scream

Shawn:"and that's why"I say sternly.

Lexie:"nuh uh"I say

Shawn:"ur taking a nap and that's  that"I say and she crosses her arms pouting"stop it and eat"I say and she starts eating. I sit down and eat after she's down she runs outside and starts swinging I huff and walk out their picking her up popping her on the butt walking inside into the living room she sniffles and sticks her tongue out at me I smack her butt then lay her down she cries in her hands and turns on her side I sigh then kiss her head then my manger calls me.

(Phone convo)
Shawn:"hello?"I answer
Manager:"Shawn the tour bus is gonna be their in 15 minutes"I say
Shawn:"WHAT!"I exclaim
Manager:"Shawn u knew about this"I say
Shawn:"im sorry I forgot"I say then he hangs up

Shawn:I get the bags in the bus and get Lexie laid down then she wakes up"hey baby"I say

Lexie:"why are we on the bus?"I ask

Shawn:"for tour"I say and she nods sitting up I turn the tv on for her but she goes to the kitchen and gets something out of the fridge"what do u have?"I ask

Lexie:"a water"I lie

Shawn:"did we just talk about u lying?"I ask sternly"now show me"I say and she shows me."out it back and get in the corner"I say

Lexie:"no"I say and start opening it.

Shawn:I grab her drink and put her in the corner and she pout. I sit down and she gets out of the corner"Lexie get back in that corner"I say

Lexie:"no"I say

Shawn:"two"I say and she doesn't turn around"three"I say and stand up starting to walk over to her her eyes go wide she runs off the bus since we stopped in LA I run after her then lose her in a crowd I keep on running then see that security has her I go over pick her up and walk back to the bus"i can't believe ur behavior"I say sternly she doesn't answer me I set her on the couch and squat down"look at me"I say and she doesn't"Lexie"I say and she looks at me"why'd u do that?"I ask and she shrugs"do u know how dangerous that was?"I ask
