Chapter 6

Chapter 6: Getting Ready

*Charlie's Pov*

After getting yelled out by mom and eating my cold breakfast, I decided to prepare my safe place. My bedroom was a mess, really. I haven't cleaned it in like a year. I have to push cloths and my toys out of the way when I walk in there. I left the kitchen table and went to my room. I heard the school bus run outside dropping off kids. I opened my bedroom door. Yep just as I had explained it to look. I kicked my toys out of my doorway and picked up some of my cloths. It looked like a pig pen in here. I have a place in my wall behind my door that I get in on the Purge. I took my blanket off of my bed and stuffed it into my safe place. I have the safest place in the house by far. I placed a flashlight inside of my 'hideout' and some snacks. After my safe place was ready I put the piece of wall back. I decided to clean my room up. I threw all of my cloths that was on the floor in my hamper. Then I picked up every toy in the floor and boxed them up. I no longer play with toys so I'm going to get mom to donate them to the child's foundation. I vacuumed my green carpet and dusted my tv and dresser off. My bed looked dum with no blankets or pillows on it. All it had on it currently was a sheet. I stepped back towards the doorway and took a look at my clean bedroom. I haven't saw that green carpet in a year. I felt so proud of myself. I was ready for the annual Purge. Bring it on. I'm ready.

Also, I've read 2 other Purge stories and they have several grammar issues and wasn't really that good. I'm trying to stretch this story out and make it a good one. This story is based on the 2013 hit movie: The Purge.
