I wake up with a smile on my face knowing what today is.
It's my day.
After dinner with my dad last night, I ran home and got my outfit for Simon all ready.
I got a long black skirt, wrapping around my bottom and legs, showing my curves but not too much.
I wear a white and black polka-dotted blouse on top, tucked into my skirt and black flats.
I wear crystal ear-rings and natural,simple makeup.
I straighten my hair and apply smooth curls.
I take a quick look in the mirror and satisfied with myself, I walk to my car.
My hands tremble as I start my car.
The engine roars and I'm off to Simon. Luckily, I live really close to his office, and it's only a twenty minute drive from my house.
I arrive at 11:45, not too early yet not too late.
I open the long glass door to the building and find myself staring at the beautiful sculptures of celebrities.
I'm guessing celebrities that Simon has produced.
I see the reception women, looking frustrated, I'm guessing with all the calls.
As I walk up to her, I notice a big portrait above her.
My eyes widen and tears rise in my eyes.
My boys.
My mind fills up with memories of all the good times I have had with them.
"Ma'am?" The reception women waves her hand repeatedly at my face.
"Oh sorry." I flush embarrassed by staring.
"How can I help you?" She smiles.
A smile that came across genuine but still a little annoyed.
"I'm Jessica Rose. Simon, Simon Cowell called me here." I mentally slap myself for saying Simon's last name. Of course she knows who Simon is.
"Oh! He's been waiting for your arrival, just down the hall." Her tone more excited than before.
She points to her right, and I nod and thank her.
I walk down the hall noticing how it wasn't anything like the lobby.
It was boring, neutral color with no decor.
It's a narrow hallway, and I feel myself slowly getting smaller...getting harder to breathe.
I look up and see a door open with Simon sitting at his long, oak desk.
"Jessica, come sit!" He grins.
I nod and oblige and sit at his enormous, leather chairs.
I sit and instantly feel relaxed.
This must cost a fortune..I think to myself.
"Well, you're right on time. Lets get to the point." His tone turning sternly.
"Course." I nod.
"Your fame coming on the Xfactor astounded me. You got over a million followers on twitter and instagram. Let me tell you something, a lot of celebrities don't have that.
Still blows my mind you lost, but it doesn't matter because I'm going to put you on tour!" He pounds his had on the desk and raises it towards me.
My vision goes blurry and all I can make out is,
"W-What?"
"Well of course we need to make you some singles and eventually an album, but you're going to be going on the 2014 Stadium Tour with One Direction." He says so nonchalantly.
I raise from my seat and quickly notice what I'm doing and take a seat back down.
"Are you sure? There fans won't like it." I know I shouldn't be complaining, this is an amazing opportunity, but I know how their fans are.
"Don't worry! Half of your followers are directioners! They love you! Trust me, we thought a lot about this! You'll be fine, now go and celebrate! Just not too much, we have a lot of work to do tomorrow. Meet me here again at about... 6:30 am. Welcome to show-biz, love." He says and stands up to pat my back and leave the room.
This isn't happening, I'm going on tour.
This is too good to true.. this never happens to me.
Simon left me sitting on his chair, sweating and out of breath.
I realize I should probably get going and practically skip out the building, not caring who stares at me or judges me.
(This will get more interesting and the chapters will get longer ! Thanks for reading and please share :) Thank you ilysm xx -Jessie)
