He was escorted into the court with cuffs on his hands and feet.

The first person he saw was Piper, her eyes burned with hate.

He kept walking amd averted his eyes. Yet he could still feel the glare from Piper.

His escorts brought him to his lawyer, a man named Denny who reeked of hair gel.

Judge Brunner hushed the court.

The trial began. The first winess was called to the stand.

"Miss McLean, do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth?" She was asked with her hand on the bible.

"I do," she replied.

She sat down and Denny began his questioning.

"Miss McLean, have you had any relations with my client before the alleged kidnapping?"

"And torture, and all the murders, no," Piper said.

"How do you know that it was Sammy that kidnapped and tortured you?" Denny asked.

"The other victims and I saw him while he kidnapped us," Piper replied.

"And how do you know that it wasn't Leo who kidnapped and tortured you?" Denny inquired.

"Did you even read the case file? Leo was one of the victims!" Piper's voice rose.

Sammy wished he had a better lawyer.

"Um, no further questions," Denny said.

Dumbass, Sammy thought.
