"Aye Bent and Kendall I'a be right back." Their bestfriend Pooh announced.

"In the middle of the game bruh?" Kendall complained. "It better be that important. Plus you know mama Val gon light a fire in your ass. She responsible for us while we here."

"I sure am." Bentleys mother walked into the den where they were currently playing 2k. "Where you tryna go Pooh?"

"Just up the street mama. My girlfriend wanna see me."

"Your girlfriend must be hot in the ass if she wanna see you at 11 at night."

"Sure is." Bentley mumbled.

"Aye shut up." He said to Bentley. "Ma I'll only be gone five minutes I promise."

"No Pooh. You ain't going no where. She'll have to wait till tomorrow. I'm responsible for yal and don't wanna hear yal mama's mouths."

"Alright ma." He sighed sitting down.

She looked at all of them sending that 'don't play with me you heard what I said' look before going upstairs to her room.

"Yal gon snitch?" Pooh questioned.

"I ain't gon snitch but if she come down here I ain't lying or covering for you." Kendall answered.

"Good enough for me." Pooh stood up putting on his coat and sneakers. "I'll be right back."

"Aight." They both said simultaneously.

Pooh quietly snuck out the door and began walking down the dark street where his girlfriend told him to meet her. After about three minutes of walking he finally spotted her.

"Hey baby." He put on the coolest voice he could manage.

"Hey boo, took you long enough."

"Yeah but I'm here now so it's good. What you needed?"

"You got some Jane? I need it." She sighed.

He could tell by the expression on her face that she had been going at it with her step father again.

"Yeah I got you." He sat on the sidewalk and she sat next to him wrapping her arm around his. There was only one street light on the whole street so we sat in a not to bright not too dark but dimmed area so he could see what he was rolling. "He touched you again?"

"He tried." She sighed. "I ran out."

"But you gotta go back?"

"I ain't got no where else to go Pooh."

He shook his head while rolling up blunt. "I wish we was older you know? I'd be like oh hell nah baby come on and stay with me."

She giggled kissing his cheek. "I know you would."

He licked the paper to seal it and then burned it. He passed it to her first letting her take as much as she needed.

"So what else is new besides your bum step pops?"

She shook her head. "All my problems are because of him. Now he got beef with them boys from north side. They got a hit out on him and his whole family."

"Including you?"

"I ain't his family."

"Yeah Becca but you get the point you still live with him and-"
