Chapter 9

Going off

Justin's POV

I left Selena alone in the room and went to find Hailey. I'm just as confused as Selena is. I don't know how she knew we were here, which creeps me out a bit.

Finally I walked into the kitchen and saw her.

"Justin I'm so so-"

"No offense Hailey, but what the hell are you doing here?"

"I just saw that you were on vacation and I wanted to come see you and I didn't know you and sel-" I cut her off again.

"You should just leave, really" I told her. She needs to leave. This is time for me to spend time with the ones I love and I don't want any distractions.

"Okay" she whispered before hurrying her way to the door and left.

I sighed and leaned against the counter for a minute before making my way back to Selena.

"Is she gone? Did you tell her to leave?" Selena asked, putting one of my shirts on.

"Yes baby, she left" I walked up to her and wrapped my arms around her waist and pulled her closer to me. "Since our moment got interrupted, what would you like to do today?".

"Let's go out tonight" she smiled.

*later on*

Selena's POV

Justin and I went to this club just to get out and have a little fun for the night before going back to Cali tomorrow. We've been here for about an hour now.

Justin was talking to some of his friends over by the bar while I was here at a booth by myself, which I didn't mind because I like to people watch. Seriously I don't mind.

As I was watching random drunk people grinding on each other on the dance floor, I saw a familiar blonde walk through the front doors. I'm sure you know who this blonde is.

"Keep your cool Selena, don't get anything started" I mumbled to myself. The last thing I needed right now was our night getting ruined by her. Justin came back over to me and told me he'd be in the Arcade area. Yes this club has an arcade. I told him that was fine and that I would be here. Once he left my eyes scanned the room to look for her. We made I contact and she smiled, making her way towards me.

"Great" I whispered.

"Hey Selena, is Justin here?" She asked, sitting across from me.

"Well yeah, do you really think I'd come alone? Hell he wouldn't let me come alone" I rolled my eyes.  

"Yeah, right. Now listen here" she began to say, twirling her straw around in her drink, "You and Justin aren't gonna last long, you know that right?"

"Excuse me?" Was she being serious?!

"Isn't it obvious? He can't stick to one girl, what makes you think he'll stick to you? He's eventually going to get bored of you" she said while standing up, "and when he does, you'll know where he'll be" she winked and left the table.

I sat there in complete shock. My mood dropped and now I couldn't help but think that she could be right. As Hailey was leaving my table Justin was coming over and he had to take a double take to see that it was her.

"Baby? Please tell me she didn't talk to you" he was concerned.

"What do you think?" I replied.

"What'd she say to you?" He asked.

Once I told him what happened, he got furious and grabbed my hand and he went to find Hailey. Once she saw that Justin was going towards he, she began to walk fast towards the exit. I can already say that this is not going to end well.

"Hailey!" Justin yelled. We were now outside and paps were everywhere. Hailey stopped and turned around and smiled.

"Hey Justin"

"Don't you ever talk to Selena like that. You're just a typical stuck up bitch that's looking for attention and trying to ruin relationships. Stay out of our lives, you're annoying as hell and-" I cut him off.

"Baby lets just go" I grabbed his arm and brought him away from Hailey before it could get any heated.

"I wasn't done with her" he mumbled, obviously pissed off.

"Yeah well you guys were drawing attention and we don't need that right now" I told him, gently kissing him to hopefully calm him down.

"I know, I'm sorry baby" he told me.
