Popularity, more like insanity.
Changing everything about yourself to fit in;
You're like the clothes on a mannequin, you never stay.
Spending all your money on a different face;
Injecting yourself with plastic until you're practically a Barbie doll.
If your aim was to be fake, you have succeeded.
Your family doesn't recognise you,
Can you tell what you've become?
Another mindless clone, brain-dead and done.
But all the parties you attend;
The secret admirer notes;
It's all worth it isn't it?
Let me tell you something; you're wrong.
