(Time Pass: Bobby's PoV)

I woke up to see giant greenish-blue eyes hovering over me.

"AAH," I yelped as I tried to get up. Pain suddenly washed over me and I collapsed back onto the bed. In confusion I looked down at myself to see cast on my arm and leg. Great. I looked back up at the giant robot.

"Who are you?"

"Oh, so it can speak," said the robot sarcastically as it stood up straight. It was bulky, but in a good way, and it was white and orange with a backpack like structure on its back.

"Why wouldn't I be able to," I asked the robot as I looked at my surroundings.

We were was in a cave of some sorts.... a military base maybe? It had platforms and ladders everywhere and there was a giant computer. (Yes I know what a computer is. I've seen then when I've gone to cities and towns).

"Well," replied the robot, his face kind of embarrassed, "you look like an a-"

"Animal," I said before he could finish.

"Yes," he replied. I looked into the robot's eyes. They kind of reminded me of the leader's eyes.

"Wait, where is the tall robot," I asked the robot, looking around again to make sure I didn't miss him.

"He is scouting for energon," the robot replied.

"What's energon," I asked it, bewildered.

"Energon is our lifeblood," he said, walking over to a computer. Oh so energon, as the robots called it, was their version of blood.

I tried to sit up but failed.

"What are you," I asked it. It turned to look at me and rolled its optics, then put a hand to the side of its head where an ear was supposed to be.

"Optimus," it said into the air," I need for you to explain everything to the the creature." Creature!? I'm not a creature! But then I looked at my wolf-like body. Oh, right.

All of a sudden the swirly thing appeared in the indentation in the wall. The other robots came out of it.

"Yes, Ratchet," the leader asked the one whom I had been talking to.

"You usually do the explaining so.... explain to her." The one called Ratchet went back to his computer, and the one called Optimus walked over to me. Optimus... that's a nice name, I thought. I smiled at Optimus and he smiled back. Then he sat down on the metal bed next to me. His head was about twenty feet above me. He looked down at me and I looked up at him.

"I am Optimus Prime. We are autonomous robotic organisms from the planet Cybertron. However, you may call us Autobots. We have been waging a war-," Optimus began explaining to me about his world and why they were on mine. He also introduced the others. The white and orange one was Ratchet. The big, bulky, green one was Bulkhead. The black and yellow one was Bumblebee, who bowed to me when Optimus introduced him. I chuckled at that. Last but not least was the smallest. Her name was Arcee.

"Well hi," I said to all of them," I'm Bobby and well....," I said trailing off as I looked at my mutated body. Apparently Optimus felt bad for me because he asked if we could help with whatever was wrong with me. I shook my head. "No. I was born like this. I mutated like this when a radioactive wolf bit my mother in Chernobyl before I was born. It's not possible to fix it," I said but I stopped for any comments. There were none so I went on, "I have been living in the woods of Nevada ever since I was born. My mom wouldn't accept me......"

I suddenly yawned. Optimus looked at me with his soft, handsome eyes and smiled.

"I think you need some rest. I will escort you to your room," he said to me. He put a hand out so I could climb into it. I tried to get up but I couldn't. He looked down at me as if to ask for permission to manually pick me up. I nodded in return. He picked me up gently and walked into a hallway. As he walked I sat up a bit in his hand.

"Thank you for saving me," I said smiling at his handsome metal face. Wait! What? Why did I think that? I looked away before he could return my gaze.

"You're welcome," he replied kindly. He walked into a room and sat down on the metal bed. On the bed was a giant pillow, which he set me on.

"Thank you," I said again. He nodded at me as if the say you're welcome. I yawned and lay on the pillow. It was soft; way softer than the moss in the woods. My eyes soon felt droopy, and I closed them, my last sight before I fell to sleep being Optimus standing at the doorway. He was looking at me.... As if he cared. Before I could think of it anymore I fell asleep.

(Optimus PoV)

Bobby lay on the pillow, eyes heavy with sleep. I got up off the berth and walked towards the doorway. I looked back at the wolf-girl on the pillow. She looked so peaceful when she was asleep.... almost beautiful. No! I thought shaking my head as I walked out of the room. I cannot feel this way! I just met her! But I kept thinking of Bobby even when I lay in my berth, trying to sleep. I... love her, I finally thought before I went into recharge. That's it I had fallen for a human, a human with the looks of a beautiful wolf.
