Ouch.

Brooke's P.O.V

I woke up to the sound of a beeping noise and something thumping. My head was rested on something warm and comfy so I snuggled closer to it. I felt pain throughout my body but right now I was really comfy and didn't want to move or wake up.

"Brooke are you awake?" I heard someone ask

"Mmmpvhh" was my reply

"I'm so glad your okay" they replied hugging me and kissing my head.

I opened my eyes to Harry. I was lying next to him in a rather small bed and my head Was on his chest with my arms wrapped around him and his were around me.

"What happened?" I asked.

"We were in a car crash." He said

"What?" I said in utter disbelief.

"I didn't see the car coming. I'm so sorry Brooke. I didn't mean it. I feel horrible." He rambled on.

"It fine Harry, I'm okay. I didn't die and I'm awake and smiling." I reassured him.

"Thank you" he whispered before pulling me closer to him and pressing his lips to to my forehead.

I started to feel really sleepy again. I moved my body to the side and all of a sudden I felt a searing pain in the ribs on the right side of my body.

"Ouch." I whined in pain.

"What's up? Are you okay?" Harry asked me

"Yeah but my right ribs really hurt." It old him.

"Oh yeah, sorry, I forgot. You kinda have 3 broken ribs on your right side." He said sheepishly.

"And you didn't think to mention this before?"

"I was just too excited that you were awake." He told me "But their all patched up and your on painkillers and you have to rest until their better so your staying at my apartment." He said

"I wanna go sleep now." I told him

"Okay."

He started to run my back and sing Hey There Delilah.

Half way through the song I started to drift into sleep and by the last verse I was snoozing peacefully on Harry's chest whilst he was playing with my hair and falling asleep himself.
