The Accident

Hey everyone,  thanks to everyone that is following this story, please if you are following this story  please  vote comment and fan.  If anyone has ideas for the story please let me know.  Sorry I haven’t uploaded in a few days haven’t really been in the mood for writing, but I’ve finely ready to write again. So I’ve re read some of my story again and found mistakes that I didn’t find before I uploaded I will fix them up as soon as I can.  Ok guys here is what you have been waiting for.

“MUM!”  I yelled at her

“Jade and her mum have been in a car accident the twins were also in the car. The twins are mostly ok their carseats and carseat covers  saved them they are in shock and it’s taken a really long time to settle them,  but they are now sleeping now. Annabel died “mum said tearfully.

My mum and Jades mum were pretty good friends it’s how me and Jade have become such good friends.

“OMG WHAT ABOUT JADE???”  I started to cry

“Lexi calm down it’s not good for you or the baby”.  Conner said next to me. I had forgotten he was there.

“ Conner’s right but Jade isn’t too good she broke one of  her legs and she won’t talk to anyone,  before we told her about her mum she asked for you follow me ill take you to her”

she took my hand started walking Conner followed.

“The twins are in there to because Jade wanted them in there and wouldn’t take no for a answer so we let her have the twins”

We got to the door and mum stopped.

“Sweetheart I think you should so in there alone. I’ll take Conner for a coffee I think me and him need to have a chat”. She said in a loving but stern tone.

“Ok mum but don’t be too hard on him” I said as I walked into Jades room and saw her laying there watching the twins in the cots next to her

“Jade I’m so sorry about your mum. How did the accident happen?” I said as I hugged her.

“I don’t want to talk about it yet I just want to sleep, we can talk about it tomorrow ok”

“Ok ill go and let you get to sleep”

“ NO!, please don’t go please just lie next to me and keep me safe I’m so scared right now I’ve not no one left in my family excepted for the twins and you” Jade started to cry.

“Ok Hun I’m right here, I won’t go anywhere shhh its ok go to sleep I will be here all-night I promise” I said as I was stroking her hair.

She fell asleep and didn’t wake again until morning when the nurses came in to check on her. I stayed next to Jade allnight like I promise. I looked after the twins too but they only woke up twice for a bottle and a nappy change, I didn’t need to go get the bottles because the nurses already know the twins routine because Jades mum Annabel worked at the hospital too and she was good friends with nearly everyone.

“Jade I’m just going to be right outside ok you can see me from the window ok”

“Ok” she mumbled

I walked outside the door and saw Conner lying on the chairs with a pillow and blanket asleep.

“Conner wake up come on wake up” I said quietly in his ear.

“ Hmmmmm” he said as he opened his eyes

“Oh hey beautiful” he said as he sat up.

“Hey you can go home if you want to I’ll be here for a while”

“Ok ill go home for a little bit so I can have a shower and get a bit more sleep but I will be back soon ok”

“Ok that’s fine, Conner can you please hug me now I really need one”

He instantly pulled me into a hug that seemed to lasted for around 5 minutes then he let go and said

“Better?”

“Much. Thank you I’ll see you later”

“Bye Hun”

I kissed him goodbye and watched him leave.

“LEXI GET HELP NOW!” Jade screamed at me.
