Okay, I thought to myself calmly, all you have to so is walk inside and go to your dorm. And if someone sees you or questions you, just say the fat lady was not in her portrait so you went to sleep in the Room of Requirements. Yeah, that sounds believable.

"And where might have you been all night, Missy?" the Fat Lady asked me with an amused look.

"Baubles," I groaned.

"Come on," she pestered. "Spill. It's not everyday I see a student come back with her shirt inside out."

I looked down at my shirt to see it was inside out. How was I able to button up my shirt like that?

My cheeks heated. "Baubles!" I said firmly.

"Alright, alright," she chuckled, swinging open.

I huffed and stomped into the common room.

"Hey, Bella," a voice said.

"I didn't sleep with anyone!" I squeaked, panicky before running up to my dorm.

Thankfully, it was empty. Quickly I got changed and headed back down to the common room.

"What is 'I didn't sleep with anyone' suppose to mean?" Alex asked me as I headed out of the common room.

"Crap," I hissed, palming my forehead.

"Any day now," she pushed.

"No, its nothing," I reasurred her. "It's just that I sleep in the Room of Requirements last night-"

I didn't stop explaining my story, but I just wanted to point out how much Alex had tensed when I mentioned the Room of Requirements.

"-and I accidentally put my shirt on inside out. So when I came back, the Fat Lady looked at me like I was in some kind of love triangle or something."

Alex nodded to what I said, but seemed bluntly lost. "You didn't... see anything, right?"

I looked at her curiously. "No. What could I have see-"

"Nothing!" she shouted nervously. "It was nice talking. Really. But, uhh... I have to go."

And with that, she dashed up to the boys dormitory.

"I don't care who he kisses," Hermione said stiffly.

"Come on, Herms," I sighed, tiredly turning a page in my transfiguration textbook. "Harry isn't here, you can tell me with 100% honesty. I doubt I'll be talking to Ron anytime soon if he's going to be continuously sucking face with that Grinch."

"I am being 100% honest with you!" she snapped at me, looking up from where she was doing her homework for Herbology. "Why is it that you keep pestering me about this?"

"Because, I know you have a thing for him and I want to make sure you're okay," I told her honestly. "Plus it's Sunday and I'm stuck here doing homework so I need a little something to pump up my mood. So getting you to come out with your feelings towards Ron would be a great way to make that happen."

I looked up from the words on my book to see Hermione shooting daggers at me.

"I do not, I repeat, do not have a thing for Ronald!" she hissed, snapping her notebook closed and shoving it in her bag. "Once you have gotten over yourself, I will speak with you."

And with that, she got up and stalked away.

"Hermione, I just want you to open up," I told her. "It's better then keeping everything bottled in and lying about it. Trust me."
