Chapter 22

Andy had to convince Juliet to come back to him, he couldn't be without her, she was in danger he knew that Jasper would find her and he knew exactly what he would do.... he shuddered at the thought.

Juliet sat crying on her sofa, curled up under a blanket with a box of tissues and Nala cuddled in next to her purring softly, she never thought he would find this low after a breakup, 2 weeks had gone by and she hasn't heard anything from Andy, 'he's probably moved on, I mean someone as gorgeous as him could have any woman he wanted' she thought to herself 'right enough get a grip, you can't let this ruin your life, I have that gig to prepare for' this was a big event for her as talent scouts from several record labels were coming, if she could get a deal that would be the start of the music career. She was singing a couple of songs she had written herself called 'Black Ink Revenge, Cruel Cruel and Trade Places' she was excited for people to hear them.

She decided to go for a run so she cleaned up, put on her running gear and headed out, just then she saw him looking at her from behind a tree, she ran past him pretending she hadn't seen him, he ran to keep up with her.

She pulled one of her earphones out.

'Seriously Andy leave me alone, I want nothing to do with you' those words felt terrible to say but she needed to make it look like she meant them.

Andy stepped in front of her, stopping her in her tracks, 'Juliet I know that isn't true'

'That it may be, but what does it matter? Our relationship won't work, you need to be with someone of your own kind'

'My own kind?'

'You know what I mean'

'Juliet we need to talk could we go back to yours?'

'Fine I guess so'
