Chapter 3

The next morning....

Juliet woke up after dreaming about him, she knew she needed to see him again she couldn't get him off her mind. She had so many questions for him. How old was he? Was he married? Where did he work? She thought back to him dropping from the sky but rationalised it in her head as just being very tired and seeing things. 'People don't drop from the sky that's ridiculous' she thought to herself.

She got up to get ready, she had work this evening but for now she wanted to work on a new song, she wrote her own music, she knew lots of people sang covers when they were trying to build a news career but she wanted to be heard for her own music. She'd written a few songs and people liked them which was great, she worked for a couple of hours and then realised she needed to go to the supermarket, she was on a health kick so she was being very healthy, making sure she went to the gym at least 4 times a week and she was starting to get a six-pack which made her very happy.

After finishing up song writing for the day, she jumped in the shower then had a healthy breakfast of porridge with blueberries then decided to go shopping, she wanted something nice to wear for work just in case a certain someone popped by.

She popped in a small vintage shop close to where she lived, she loved vintage fashion, she spotted a really cute black dress, she decided to try it on and loved it! It was a perfect fit. It was a little pricey ($63) but she went for it, she needed to look nice for him if he for some reason showed up at work. She checked her watch and saw she had an hour before she needed to get to work 'Goodness! I need to get sorted'

She rushed home and changed, clipped her name tag on and headed out the her car to get to work, she got to work with ten minutes to go. Her boss, Brian was behind the bar giving her a suggestive look.

"Hey Juliet"

"Hello Brian"

"How about that date?"

"No thanks Brian I don't date my boss and anyway I'm holding out for someone else"

Looking very disappointed, he headed into his office.

'Finally he'll leave me alone now'

Juliet got busy serving customers and chatting to people, as the night went on she realised he wasn't coming, but then...

Jenny came over to Juliet and whispered to her "Wow someone very handsome has just sat down in your section"

Juliet turned around and felt a huge grin come over her face, it was him he'd found her somehow, she grabbed her notebook from the side and walked over to him, she reached him and....
