Chapter 13

Andy woke up next to Juliet, he'd never slept more peacefully. He knew he shouldn't be here and he needed to feed, he didn't feed on people only on animals, he didn't agree with drinking human blood because he wasn't his to take, he's prefer to never drink blood but he couldn't do anything about that.

He creeped out very quietly, and ran towards the mountains he needed to be quick and get back before Juliet woke up, checking his watch it was 5:30 am so he had plenty of time before Juliet would be awake, he spotted a deer through the bush he was hiding behind, he begin to stalk it very quietly, when he was close enough he caught it and begin to feed. Feeling better he ran back to Juliet's and got back into bed with her and closed his eyes.

(I'm sure you're all wondering why Andy can be out during the day, it's because of his maker, Jasper comes from a line of vampires who are capable of day-walking and therefore so can Andy)

Juliet woke up to this beautiful angel next to her, she felt like the luckiest girl in the world, she was feeling ecstatic since Andy had asked her to be his girlfriend the night before;

"Juliet"

"Yes Andy?"

"I feel like I've known you forever, I want to make this work please be my girlfriend"

"Of course I will, I've liked you ever since we met, my goodness it took you long enough"

She squealed and jumped into his arms and snuggled into his chest, he kissed her and she kissed him back, she couldn't have been happier and neither could he, but his main goal now was keeping her safe, he had a place he could take her but explains things could be difficult, she needed to go to the realm of the fairies, she would be safe there. but that could wait, first he decided she needed a day of beauty, he was going to book her into a spa for the day then take her to the theatre and for dinner after. He would have to head back to Jasper and pretend he's finished it, that would be easy he was a very good liar after all.

But back to the present, Juliet needed to get up and go pick up Nala, she gently poked Andy and he pretends to be just waking up.

"Hey sleepyhead sorry to wake you but I've got to go pick up Nala, would you like to come or do you want to stay here and chill?"

"I'll just stay here thanks, I'm going to pop out in a bit so I might not be here when you get back"

"That's fine, I'll see you later"

She gave him a quick kiss and she went into the bathroom to get ready, she grabbed a pair of jeans and a T-shirt from her closet on the way. She put on light makeup, put her hair up, put a couple of bracelets and her clothes on, grabbed her vans and headed off the door.

"Bye Andy, make yourself at home"

"Bye babe"

Driving towards the shelter, Juliet was thinking about how life couldn't get any better, she hadn't known him that long and yet she knew she wanted to spend the rest of her life with him.

Getting to the shelter, she got out of the car and headed inside, Kelly was sat behind the desk.

"Hi Juliet, good to see you again"

"You too, I'm here for Nala"

"Of course, let's go get her, Kelly went to grab a carry case for Nala from the back and a key then they went through the doors together, Juliet through the glass and there was Nala looking like she was waiting for Juliet.

Kelly opened the door and Nala came flying into Juliet's arms, she just about caught her! she started snuggling into her chest again.

"Awwww that's so cute!" Kelly said.

"I love her already"

Juliet put her into the carry case and picked it up.

"Thanks again for giving her a forever home, it's wonderful"

"Thanks for everything Kelly"

Juliet headed out to her car and put Nala on the seat across from her and put the seatbelt around the carry case, and started to drive home she couldn't wait to get Nala home, she got back and Andy was there, but the bedroom window was smashed in....

What had happened to Andy????
