/January 21, 2030; 7:50 am, Silva Utopia- Forest~ Vesgate Lawton's POV/

After a few minutes of walking...and flying, I decided to break the silence.

"So...Out of curiosity, what other things can you do?" I asked.

He thought about it for a second and answered, "Well...I can move things without touching them."

"Telekinesis, then?"

"Yep. I can also control skeletons and bones...could make them my weapon or somethin',"

"That's actually kind of creepy," I shivered.

"Hey, I'm dead. I think it's natural for me to be creepy."

"...I guess that makes sense," I said.

"I can also turn intangible and invisible," he told me while he turned into a blue spirit and then completely go out of my sight, only to return normal again.

"Whoa!" I gasped. "That's pretty cool, to be honest."

"Thank you," he said. "I can also teleport to different places, but I can't use it everytime." Then he disappeared, leaving light blue smoke to his original position. I felt someone tap my shoulder, I turned around and saw Sams. I gasped in shock.

"Wait," I started and thought deeply. "If you could teleport, why can't you teleport out of here?"

"Well...When I reawakened, I discovered my powers and played with it for a while. I ended up here and apparently, you can't go out till those ancient spirits let ya."

"Oh...okay," I said. I really pity him. I'll really try my best to bring justice to his death when I finish this.

"One thing about being exposed to Necromium, though...I kinda have a split personality in me," he told me. "He's not that...bad, though, just kinda...brutal."

"What do you mean?" I asked, confused.

"I meant, if I lost control of myself, my alternate will take over," he replied. "But don'tyaworryaboutit, he's not gonna appear randomly."

With that said, he suddenly...changed. His right eye went all black and the other turned blue and appears to be emitting dark blue fire. His hair turned dark blue and his hands are releasing dark blue energy around it. He smiled, but this is a different one...It's really scary.

"Hello, human," he greeted in a dark and menacing voice. "I am Kasper. I live within Samuels to assist him when he needs it. And I think he needs it now." And with a flick of his finger, two floating skulls appeared out of the blue flames that, I assume, he made. It was building up some kind of energy and looked like it was about to fire at me.

"Face the power of my Kasper Kannons!" he shouted.

I stood there and watched in shocked. Thankfully, he changed and went to normal.

"I'm really sorry for that," he apologized.

"T-that's okay," I said. Wow! Remember not to get to his bad side.

"L-let's just go," he said. I nodded in agreement.

With that we continued to walk to wherever we were going.

"You really like blue, don't you?" I observed him while walking.

"Hey, unlike you who's actually a living, walking water," he commented.

I observed myself. "Oh...yes, that's right," I noticed my blue outfit and hair.

"By the way, have I ever told you that you have a weird name?" he asked. I sighed....I can never get a break.

/January 21, 2030; 9:00 am, Silva Utopia- Palace~ Vesgate Lawton's POV/

We had a really long walk from the forest to this huge palace that was built on top of a mountain. Well...I walked but Sams was just flying away.

We've finally reached the front gate of the castle. I was really tired when I got there.

"Phew!" I panted. "We're finally here!"

"Yep! The crime scene is right there, though," he pointed to the castle's highest tower.

I sighed in frustration. "I'm really tired. Could you carry me there instead?"

"I'll try," he answered.

"What? I'm not that heavy," I told him. "And I'm sure you're strong enough."

"Okay, okay, whatever," he shrugged. He then carried me using his mind while flying.

/January 21, 2030; 9:05 am, Silva Utopian Palace- Tower~ Sams' POV/

We've finally arrived in the highest tower. Phew! That was too tiring...Now, to lay around and do nothing, that's what I'm gonna do.

I observed the place a bit and saw some royal guard-men investigating the case. One rushed to Vesgate.

"Hey! What are you doing here?! We're investigating!" the guard-woman (I'll just assume she is a girl because of her voice) cried.

"Whoa there! Didn't ya heard about the chosen one?" I cut in.

"I've heard of it," she replied.

"Well...He's the chosen one," I pointed at him.

"Really?! Well, it's a pleasure to meet you!" her mood suddenly changed. She took off her helmet and reached to Vesgate's hand and shook it. She had a dark red hair, that is swaying in the non-existent wind, tied up in a long ponytail. She has one good yellow eye and wears an eyepatch on her right eye.

"T-thank you," Vesgate said shyly. "I-I'm Vesgate Lawton, private inspector." He bowed.

"Weird name you got there!" she commented. "I am Dyne Falwater, chief of the royal guard-men."

"How's the investigation going?" Vesgate asked.

"Not good, so far," she looked down. "But we're trying our best!"

"Mind if I know what you've been working on?" he asked.

"I don't mind...I'll tell you everything we know!" she replied.
