Chapter 7

Rei P.O.V

I catch my breath as I put my head on the elevator door. I can't believe I wanted to confess a minute there! I didn't know she was a guy!

I've never been gay, but I'm starting to doubt that now. He is really pretty and he is fun to talk to. Plus other guys would be weirded out if your sister had you tied up in the corner of the room wearing a cat costume, but he wasn't. I lost plenty of friends because of that. Thank you very much for that Rin!

I walked out of the elevator as the door opened. It wouldn't be that bad to be friends with him. Just because I found out he is a guy, doesn't mean my feelings for him will change. I think I have fallen in love with a guy.

I make my way towards my next job having those thoughts in my mind.

~At Rei's Job~

I sit down at my desk next to a few other assistants. It seems the mangaka isn't here yet. Which isn't so surprising since she always comes in later than her assistants. I look up from my desk to see a certain brunette heading my way.

"Yo Rei, how's it going?" Yanase Yuu says to me holding out his hand for me to clap, which I do.

Yuu is actually my best friend. The only one that doesn't seem to be creeped out by my sister. Actually he is, but whenever they are together it ends up in a heated, hilarious argument that doesn't seem to go anywhere. As much as I love my sister, I don't know how Yuu was able to deal with her when they were dating. As I seem to recall, Yuu is actually gay.

"Hey can I talk to you for a minute. It's something I need your advice with" I say motioning him for him to go in the hallway with me.

As we headed out in the hallway, Yuu leans against the wall, crossing his arms. Giving me his full attention.

"I think I'm in love with a guy" I say slowly, my cheeks starting to heat up.

As I look at Yuu his eyes seem to widen in shock.

"Say what now?" He says confused.

"You know what I mean! It's the same thing with you and Haru. Which by the way you haven't introduced me to him yet" I say turning the conversation around towards him.

"That's because he doesn't need to look at anyone else but me. Anyways that's beside the point how did you like, find out? Who's the lucky dude?" He says looking amused.

"Well his name is Aki Ikashima and-"I try to explain, but he puts a hand in front of me as if to stop me from talking.

"You don't need to explain any further than that. I'm guessing you found him attractive because you thought he was a girl, right?" Yuu says questionably.

"Wait how do you- Do you know him?" I ask raising an eyebrow in confusion.

"Of course I know him. I'm dating his twin brother" Yuu says unfazed with the situation.

"Wait what?" I say loudly in confusion. Turns out finding out he was a guy wasn't the first of surprises to come.

Ritsu P.O.V

~At Marukawa~

I sigh as I lean back in my chair exhausted. Turns out having twins as cousins can be quite tiring at times. One because you have to listen to both of their problems and give them advice. Which is the situation I'm currently in.

Masamune and the others are at meetings right now, so I'm the only one at the office at the moment. Well was until both Haru and Aki showed up asking so many questions at once. Which is probably why I have a blaring headache right now.
